Arya Stark Action Figure Says Not Today to the Action Figure of Death

Arya Stark went from a rather petulant child to a full-on badass over the years on Game of Thrones. Fans of the show who watched the behind the scenes documentary that aired after the finale might have forgotten just how young she was when the show first started. This action figure of Arya is based on her appearance in the seventh season of the HBO series.

The 6″ McFarlane toys figure has 12 points of articulation and comes with accessories. It includes Needle, a Valyrian steel dagger, and other “screen accurate” accessories. It would probably shag any Gendry action figures in the vicinity, and be sure not to let it near your Night King action figures. It’s available for pre-order now for $19.99 at Entertainment Earth.

Cosplayer Serves the Many Faced God

If you are behind on Game of Thrones, it’s really your own fault for reading this if it spoils something for you. We all know that Arya decided to do her own thing and stole a face from the hall of faces. She used for her own selfish purposes, and went blind and became a beggar routinely beaten by a bitchy little girl with a staff.

Cosplayer Ginny Di looks a lot like Arya Stark already. When you put her in beggar’s rags and give her some white contacts for her entire eyes, she looks even more like the littlest Stark girl after her recent foibles.

Those contacts look very uncomfortable and more than a little creepy. Good cosplay is a fantastic thing, and good cosplay this is.

Game Of Thrones Season 4 Finale Review

Spoilers through Season 4 of ‘Game of Thrones’ and the corresponding novels follow. In some ways, the Season 4 finale of Game of Thrones is remarkable for the things we don’t see, the bits...

Game of Thrones Arya Stark and Nymeria Cake: Happy Nameday to You!

Fans of the Song of Ice and Fire series of books by George R.R. Martin (and the HBO TV show Game of Thrones) will love this adorable “First Nameday” cake, featuring Arya Stark and her wolf Nymeria. Not to mention cupcakes. Lots and lots of cupcakes.

Game of Thrones cake
This cake was made by JB Cada from the Philippines-based bakery, The Regali Kitchen. It is very nicely detailed. Arya even has her sword Needle with her, ready to dispense of any foe.

It looks delicious and is made with dark chocolate cake with light caramel frosting and edible sugarpaste toppers, strawberry lemonade cupcakes and hand-painted edible toppers. The Starks may have to change the words of their house now to, “Dessert is Coming.” This cake is too geeky and pretty to eat though I would be sorely tempted.
