Collapsable Grenade Water Bottle: Fire Water in the Hole!

Because who doesn’t want to draw a bunch of unwanted attention to themselves when they’re just trying to stay hydrated, this is a collapsable silicone water bottle available on Amazon (affiliate link) that looks like a grenade when completely collapsed, and much less like one when it’s not. Interesting.

Available in red or grey and four different styles of camouflage to suit your particular special ops needs (including red/white for ice-lava warfare), the bottle holds approximately 20 oz. expanded, and 8 oz. collapsed. So it doesn’t carry a ton of water, but you don’t need a ton of water anyways, otherwise, you’ll have to pee in the middle of your mission and blow your cover. Get to the chopper!

The craziest part about this is I don’t think they intended for the product to look like a grenade, since there’s not a single mention of its shape in the entire product description, which is wild because that’s totally a grenade. I mean it even comes in camouflage colors! Despite my wife’s insistence that I am, I can’t be the only one losing my mind over this.

Grenade-shaped Whiskey Stones: Bombs Away!

Whiskey: for optimal tasting, it’s best served around 60 – 65°F (15-18°C), but adding ice can actually dilute some of the flavor notes. So how can you chill your whiskey without diluting it? With whiskey stones, of course. Or, in this case, whiskey grenades. Fire in the hole!

Created by The Wine Savant and available on Amazon (affiliate link), the 1.8″ grenades are constructed from 304-grade stainless steel and are ready for use in less than an hour in the freezer. They come in a four-pack and include a storage bag and tongs so you can place the grenades in your drink instead of lobbing them in like actual grenades and breaking all your glassware.

Of course, wanting to make sure your whiskey is at optimal tasting temperature to express all the intended flavors is assuming you’re drinking a whiskey you actually want to taste, and not the back-alley swill I drink. The stuff I drink is best poured directly past your taste buds, where you hope it goes down and stays down.

Grenade Necklaces Won’t Blow Your Head off

If I told you that you could wear a grenade around your neck without risk of explosion, would you do it? Well, thanks to one jewelry artist, you can hang a tiny little hand grenade (finger grenade?) around your neck with no worries.

Mathmatiks‘ Pineapple Grenade Pendant is one of the few necklaces that I think would look good whether you’re a guy or a girl. They’re available in either a dark gunmetal tone or a lighter silver tone for $50(USD) each. I prefer the gunmetal design as it’s more faithful to the look of an actual grenade – though these ones still aren’t filled with gunpowder.

If you’re looking to splurge on your explosive projectiles, you can also get a single pineapple or frag grenade, each done up in shiny black with an actual 22k gold-plated handle for $80 each.

While I love these, I’m not sure what the TSA would have to say to you if you wore them through airport security.

Hand Grenade Key and Coin Cases Make an Explosive Fashion Statement

Living in the big city, pickpockets can be a problem. But I’m betting if you kept your money and keys inside of a hand grenade, that might be a bit of a theft deterrent.

grenade cases 1

While these cases might not look exactly like actual grenades, they’re convincing enough from a distance. Even if they don’t keep thieves from stealing your stuff, they look pretty awesome anyhow.

grenade cases 2

They’re made by a company in Japan called Motif, and come with a handy round carabiner loop that looks like the pin from a grenade. Instead of being made of metal, they’re made from durable polyurethane, and are big enough to hold cash, coins, and up to six keys.

You can get your hands on the Hand Grenade Key and Coin Case over at Rakuten Global Market for about $14 (USD). Just don’t try and carry one of these through airport security – unless you actually enjoy the full body cavity search.

Grenade Screwdriver Conceals Phillips and Flat Bits, Not Explosives Inside

When I need to remove a screw these days, I usually bust out my overly literal screw gun, but sometimes you need the torque that only your own hand can provide – or as I like to say – a bigger weapon. What you’re looking at here might appear to be a hand grenade, but it’s actually a screwdriver.

grenade screwdriverThe guys over at Kikkerland designed this hand tool, which is made from plastic and stainless steel and has a 6 piece screwdriver set concealed inside. Just flip the red lid on the grenade, and you’ll find the driver and bits hiding out. You can grab the Grenade Screwdriver set for just $5(USD) over at Kikkerland’s online shop or on Amazon.

And if you find yourself trying to remove a really stubborn stripped screw, you could always turn to actual explosives.
