Krispy Kreme Flavored Jelly Beans Are Probably Not For The Health Conscious

If you’ve ever dumped an entire pack of jelly beans down your food-hole and were worried it might still be tiny bit healthy, than don’t worry, Jelly Belly has teamed up with Krispy Kreme to bring an assortment of 5 flavors which taste like different donuts, each one guaranteed to make your doctor to cry out in agony.

The flavors include Original Glazed, Cinnamon Apple Filled, Strawberry Iced, Glazed Blueberry Cake and Chocolate Iced with Sprinkles. Here’s a joke: Why don’t they make jelly beans that taste like healthy foods? Because eating healthy foods is miserable. Sorry, that’s more of a fact.

Anyway, you can buy a box for $7, which sounds like a good deal, but be aware that each Krispy Kreme flavored jelly bean that you eat removes 45 min off of your life expectancy. So each bag is actually costing around 3 days, still not as bad as Oreo Churros though.

Krispy Kreme Pokemon Donuts Look Like Pokemon: Empty Calories I Choose You!

I think we all know about Krispy Kreme. They make yummy donuts that everyone likes even if they don’t want to admit that. Over in Korea, Krispy Kreme has some very cool donuts for a limited time that fans of Pokemon will love.

The yummies look like Squirtle, Pikachu, and a Poke Ball. The Pikachu donut is almost too cute to eat. Inside is some sort of Poke Goo filling, exactly what kind we don’t know.

I wonder why the locations in the US never get these cool themed foods. I think we are getting ripped off.

Krispy Kreme Bacon Hot Dog Donut: I CAN HAZ?!

Normally I like to keep my sweet foods segregated from my salty foods. It’s one of my things. One of the few exceptions I make to this rule is dipping my breakfast sausage into syrup, that is some fine eatin’ right there. Krispy Kreme and single-A baseball team the Wilmington Blue Rocks have a food concoction that I might make another exception to my segregation rule for.

This hot dog is crammed inside a Krispy Kreme donut and topped with bacon. Bacon really makes everything better.The hot dog as it’s called looks more like a small sausage to me, which would make more sense. Toss one of those breakfast sausages into this thing and I’m all in. The image also looks like the dog is slathered in raspberry jelly.

If the snack item is popular at the ballpark, it might find its way into the Krispy Kreme stores around the country.

This Is a Box of 2,400 Krispy Kreme Donuts

Oh. My. Glob. Yes, that is a giant box of Krispy Kreme donuts. A Double Hundred Dozen to be exact. Enough to keep Homer Simpson in doughnuts for at least a week. It might last a month for the rest of us donut fiends.

This is the biggest box of donuts I have ever laid eyes on. It was recently unveiled in London by Krispy Kreme UK for their new Occasions offering. The box is 11.5 ft long and has within it 2,400 Original Glazed donuts. Eight staff members had to work together to fill the box and load it onto the delivery truck, because one guy would have been at it all day. And unsupervised, he also would have eaten a bunch.

This is part of a contest to celebrate the launch of the company’s large-scale delivery service. One lucky business will win this giant box-o-donuts and then they will all call in sick the next day thanks to donut comas and trying to get a house call for their newly diagnosed diabetes.

Krispy Kreme Is Going to Make Ghostbusters Donuts

I know what you’ve been worrying about: how best to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of Ghostbusters, aside from seeing the new movie if an when it ever comes out, and seeing the original in theaters now, since theaters are doing that right now. What you can do when your sweet tooth is acting up, however, is go down a dozen of these Ghostbusters-themed donuts from your local Krispy Kreme between 9/29 and 10/31/2014.

The official Ghostbusters twitter account (@Ghostbusters) tweeted out the photo shown below and now were having a serious craving from some ectoplasm creme filled donuts. Yeah, they’re marshmallow creme filled, which I think is a bit of a missed opportunity. Some green jelly of some sort would have been a great idea. The two options are a sugar logo over some green icing, or an icing Stay Puft man with a sugar hat.
