Markus Persson, creator of Minecraft, has tweeted about an upcoming project with Warner Bros, in which they’ll turn Minecraft into a movie. Yeah, although unexpected, we can’t say it’s surprising!
After the success of the LEGO movie, a Minecraft movie was just begging to be made, and lo and behold, here is the confirmation we needed! It’s happening!
While no details on the plot, style or pretty much anything is known by this point, you can be sure we’ll keep hearing about this in the next few days.
