Just because something sounds like a bad idea from the get-go doesn’t mean companies won’t offer it, whatever it may be. Oh, like helping you find someone to date that looks like your ex, for starters.

Online dating site Match.com has teamed up with Three Day Rule, to use facial recognition software to offer you just that. Just supply them with an image of your ex and they’ll take care of the rest. All for a hefty fee of $5,000.

It might be more worthwhile (and worth your money!) to find someone else to date based on the merits of their personality, but I wouldn’t be surprised if some people actually signed up for this service.
