Latest Ghost in the Shell Trailer Will Make You Want to See It Now

Yesterday, the wife and I went and watched John Wick Chapter 2, and it was awesome. In fact, I liked it even better than the original movie. I’m totally stoked for Chapter 3, and hope we can turn Wick into a franchise like James Bond because Wick > Bond if you ask me. I digress a bit. Before Wick kicked off we saw a trailer for the new live-action Ghost in the Shell, and this movie looks awesome.

With Rupert Sanders (Snow White and the Huntsman) behind the camera, the movie looks great, and I hope that the cyborg cop story lives up to the visuals. It doesn’t hurt that Scarlett is smoking hot in that skintight bodysuit.

If you haven’t seen the new trailer, check it out above. It’s very much worth watching.

Man Builds Robot That Looks Like Scarlett Johansson: RoboScarJo

The wonders of modern technology. These days if you are lonely, you can build yourself a robot bride. You probably shouldn’t, but you can if you want to. And if you do, why not build one that looks like your favorite movie star Scarlett Johansson? What’s an extra bit of creepiness layered onto an already creepy situation?

It cost this lonely guy the equivalent of fifty thousand dollars and he built it from scratch. Ricky Ma has made his own dreams come true. It was a tough journey though:

When I started building it, I realised it would involve dynamics, electromechanics and programming. I have never studied programming, how was I supposed to code?

Additionally, I needed to build 3D models for all the parts inside the robot. Also, I had to make sure the robot’s external skin and its internal parts could fit together. When you look at everything together, it was really difficult.

Never give up kids. You too can be super creepy.
