Shotgun Guitar: Shreddin’ and Shootin’

Let’s form a band. Cool, I call shotgun! When shotguns and guitars combine, you get a musical weapon that will make you a rock God. You can also take care of those pesky fans that rush the stage and make an example of them. Not that I condone that sort of thing.

This dangerous instrument was created by pickup designer Bryan Fleming for Reverend Peyton of Rev. Peyton’s Big Damn Band. You can see him fire it at the 15 second mark in the video. That is one dangerous and awesome weapon.

This guitar ensures that wherever he plays, he is the headline act. Who’s going to argue with this guy? Not me.

LEGO Black Ops 3 KRM-262 Shotgun: Pumped Up Bricks

LEGO weaponsmith MyDifferentUserName made a life-size replica of the KRM-262, the powerful futuristic shotgun from Call of Duty: Black Ops 3. It’s moving parts will one-hit kill you with their awesomeness.

The replica has a folding stock, a pumpable hand grip and plates that move outward to make way for the barrel, which has room for a (LEGO) shell. Fellow LEGO weapon maker Nick Brick designed the model’s complicated reload mechanism.

Belated happy birthday dude!

This Is What Happens When You Stuff a Shotgun with a Carrot like Bugs Bunny

It’s the oldest trick in Bugs Bunny’s playbook. Stuff a carrot in Elmer Fudd’s shotgun so that it blows up in his face. But what would really happen if you jammed a carrot in the barrel of a shotgun? You are about to find out, as Demolition Ranch answers this age old question.

Could this trick have saved Bugs Bunny’s life in real life? The answer is surprising. The carrot doesn’t stop the shotgun slug at all. It still shoots fine and destroys the turkey which is standing in for Bugs, however it really does destroys the barrel of the gun.

So Bugs gets an A for thinking outside of the box, but he would be dead. But he would be praised as a hero, saving other bunnies from the wrath of Elmer Fudd’s boomstick.

40W Laser Shotgun Will Kill Your Retinas

I am a big fan of lasers. I hope that one day before the zombie apocalypse happens we can develop functional, handheld laser weapons. In advance of this, one geek has created an awesome laser shotgun that won’t kill the undead, but might fry your eyeballs right out of their sockets.

The dude going by the moniker styropyro on YouTube combined eight parallel 5W lasers into one massive 40W laser beam by shooting them through a focusing lens. The result looks awesome, though if he were to shine it into the night sky anywhere near the vicinity of an aircraft, he’d surely go to jail.

It has enough power to do little things like pop balloons and set fire to wood and ping pong balls. Before you get too impressed, the laser the Navy uses to shoot down aircraft has 30,000 watts of power.

This Salt Firing Shotgun Kills Flies Dead

The weather is getting nice again and you know what that means. It means flying insects will start to bug you. Well, now you can solve your fly problem with a vengeance. Just use this salt firing shotgun called the BUG-A-SALT.

We first told you about this fly-killing weapon a few years ago when it was on Indiegogo, but now it is available for anyone to purchase for $39.95.

Just load this shotgun with salt and blast those pesky nasty creatures. It works with regular table salt and will hold up to 50 rounds. That should be enough ammo to kill every house fly that is buzzing around you. I guess you could blast your food too, if you like a lot of salt. Just plan on seeing your doctor about your high sodium intake.

If you have a fly problem, now you can declare war and end the conflict once and for all.

LEGO Titanfall Weapon Replicas: Anti-Minifig Guns

Flickr member, LEGO enthusiast and Bionicle pilot Nick Brick made life-size scale models of some of the weapons in the hit FPS Titanfall. Nick made the EVA-8 Shotgun, the Smart Pistol MK5 and the R-101C Carbine.

Nick’s replicas may not be exactly the same as their virtual counterparts – Nick made the pistol and the rifle months before Titanfall came out – but they still look awesome and even have a few moving or detachable parts.

Triple Barrel Shotgun: Because More is Always Better, Right?

Shotguns are great for dealing out the maximum damage over a large area. Double barrels, sawed off, it’s all good. But it doesn’t get any better than this triple barrel shotgun. Especially when you’re talking about the zombie apocalypse. You want something that takes their entire torso off.

The Chiappa Triple Threat has three times the stopping power of a traditional shotgun. Zombies won’t stand a chance against this thing. Neither will aliens, mutants, or vampires.

That third barrel doesn’t come cheap though. This thing will cost you $1629(USD). Totally worth it. This thing would probably put a hole right through an elephant. I wonder how many barrels it would take for the shooter get knocked on his butt from the kickback.
