These 3D printed clutch bags inspired by kelp look like treasures born of the sea

Humans have proven to be creative and imaginative creatures, producing ideas and designs that can blow minds and inspire spirits. Despite all our advancements and achievements, however, we still can’t hold a candle to Mother Nature’s designs. We can try to approximate those designs, though, or at least utilize naturally-occurring patterns to inspire our own works. These mini clutch bags, for example, are evidently inspired by organic patterns and structures, like something from underwater flora and fauna. Such designs are extremely difficult and expensive to produce using traditional methods. Ironically, it is more expensive and more wasteful if complicated designs like these are produced in small amounts. These kelp-inspired fashion accessories, however, are not only intricate but also sustainable, and they are made possible using yet another marvel of human ingenuity, the 3D printer.

Designer: Julia Koerner

3D printers are truly works of technological wonder that opened the floodgates of creativity for many people. Although it’s still not as fast and as ubiquitous as something like a Star Trek replicator, it has already paved the way for designs and products that would have been not only unfeasible but even impossible using traditional manufacturing techniques. More importantly, it has also given designers the opportunity to create and test different options that include sustainable materials and nature-inspired designs.

This Kelp Mini clutch is one such example of such possibilities turned into something tangible and marketable. The organic patterns are based on 3D scans of natural topologies from kelp collected from the Malibu coastline in California. The unique geometries not only give the clutch a certain natural charm but also make the bag a little bit more usable. The voids created by the patterns not only let you have a slight view of what’s inside the bag, it also makes it more lightweight.

Such a design would have been nearly impossible with normal manufacturing processes, especially given the material used to make the bag. Like all other products from the brand, the Kelp Mini is made from sustainable materials like bioplastics. All parts of the bag, including the hinge, closure clasp, and interior pocket, are 3D printed, making the clutch completely sustainable.

More than just an example of nature-inspired design, this small clutch is a demonstration of the potential 3D printing technologies. It allows not only the use of sustainable and unconventional materials but also allows more efficient and economical production of items that don’t rely on massive pipelines. You only print what you need or what has been ordered, reducing waste on all fronts. It even changes the very design process, allowing designers to make rapid changes and present the customer with a virtual version of the design, all before even a single part has been printed.

This trendy duffel backpack will be your ultimate travel partner

People have been enjoying traveling and going outdoors again to the point that “revenge travel” has become a trend. Whether you’re traveling out of town for a few days or simply packing for a trip to a sports complex, having a dependable bag is essential in making your trip free from stress and worry. Buying a bag can be an adventure in itself when you’re trying to pick one that can maximize storage without sacrificing usability and aesthetics. Often you have to sacrifice one or the other to reach an acceptable compromise. A good-looking bag that can meet all your travel needs might sound like fantasy, but that’s exactly the kind of experience promised by this durable duffle bag and backpack in one.

Different people have different travel needs. Actually, even the same person might have different needs and requirements depending on the type of travel their doing. There is really no one size that fits all, but there are designs that definitely come close to that ideal situation.

When traveling with sports equipment or clothes for a few days, duffle bags and backpacks are the go-to solutions. The Blackbriar Allround Duffle Backpack offers both in the same bag, but that’s just the tip of the iceberg of the flexibility that this travel essential has to offer.

For example, many travel-oriented bags have a dedicated pocket for shoes or dirty clothes. More often than not, however, you can’t use the same pocket for both purposes. Blackbriar’s solution is so genius in its simplicity that you’re left wondering why it isn’t more common. This duffel backpack has two such compartments on opposite ends of the bag, allowing you to store two pairs of shoes, shoes and dirty clothes, or just dirty clothes. That way, you don’t have to compromise on storage because your bag doesn’t offer you that flexibility.

You might think that having two such compartments can be a waste of space, but that’s hardly the case. The shoe pockets can fold neatly out of the way if you don’t need them, but they also have another function that you won’t see in other bags. Those pockets can become dividers to create sections inside the bag, thanks to a patented S-Partition design. Thanks to this unique feature, you no longer need to use a bag organizer that only takes up precious space inside.

The Blackbriar Allround Duffle Backpack also has all the bells and whistles you’d want from a travel bag. The three-tiered structure of its fabric not only protects it from water and scratches but also helps preserve its shape.

A magnetic main pocket makes it easy to open the bag, while zippers allow you to safeguard the contents inside when traveling under heavy conditions. Mesh pockets inside let you stash big and small objects, while a dedicated laptop pocket can be accessed both from the outside as well as from the inside.

With all these features and a flexible configuration, it might come as a shock that the Duffel Backpack comes with a $169 price tag only. Throw in another $10 add-on, and you’ll be able to grab the shoulder straps that can help distribute the weight of the load across your whole body. Whether it’s for short trips or long ones, the Blackbriar Allround Duffle Backpack offers the flexibility you need to adapt to your situation while also looking stylish along the way.

Ainery Blue creates a modern Furoshiki denim bag using traditional Japanese design

It’s easy to take modern products for granted because of the ease of manufacturing and the ubiquity of some materials. Not everything that is new is good, however, and not everything that is old is obsolete. Newer synthetic materials eat away at our planet’s life, while the easy way of producing things doesn’t always yield long-lasting results. Sometimes, we have to take the hard-earned lessons of the past to heart in order to make something beautiful, enduring, and, more importantly, sustainable. That’s the message that Blue Ainery’s compact Furoshiki denim bag tries to send by using traditional dyeing and weaving methods to create a fashionable storage accessory whose very design pays homage to Japan’s history and tradition, many of which still apply today.

Designer: Ainery Blue

Click Here to Buy Now: $82 $94 (10% off). Hurry, only 5/10 left!

Almost everything about the Furoshiki denim bag is a nod to Japan’s past culture, design, and fashion. The term “furoshiki” itself is a reference to the traditional Japanese wrapping cloths for goods, bento boxes, and informal gifts. When worn as a bag, the Furoshiki looks more like an “Azuma Fukuro” that predated today’s modern tote bags by about four centuries. The design might look basic and even old-fashioned, but there’s also a certain charm to its minimalism. More importantly, its uncomplicated shape leaves enough room for plenty of items inside.

Ryukyu Indigo Dye – A type of natural Indigo dye that has been produced in Okinawa, Japan since ancient times. “Ryukyu” is another name for Okinawa.

The bag looks made from your typical denim material, but there is nothing typical with how it’s actually made, beginning from the way it’s dyed. It uses the Ryuku Indigo plant to create a rare natural dye using traditional and manual methods like microorganism fermentation. The warp yarns undergo a traditional soaking method to make sure that the Ryuku Indigo dye really seeps into the core of the yarn. The end result is a material that doesn’t fade quickly no matter how many times you wash it.

Uses “Kase-zome”, a Traditional Japanese Dyeing Technique – The warp yarns are soaked, then taken out and exposed to air to let the dye oxidize. This procedure is repeated during the dyeing process. By soaking the yarns over and over again, the Ryukyu Indigo dye seeps all the way deeply into the core, resulting in a unique texture.

The denim is woven using more traditional shuttle looms that yield more durable high-density fabrics compared to modern looms. That said, the fabrics are sewn by machines, but there’s still an element of quality production thanks to how it’s handled by a factory in Okayama that is also used by famous but unnamed fashion brands. Right from the start, the Furoshiki bag is made with traditional methods and materials to ensure the same long-lasting quality of traditional bags that last for decades, not just years.

Of course, the denim bag isn’t just all about the past. It also applies the lessons of modern manufacturing and design, like the use of reinforcing rivets to make the bag stronger. It is also designed with modern aesthetics in mind, like the use of denim fabric, even if the shape and form don’t conform to the modern ideas of bags. It’s a perfect example of how good design never really goes out of fashion.

The Furoshiki denim bag demonstrates how modern design thinking can apply the lessons of the past to create something that will also endure the test of time. Stylish, durable, functional, and sustainable, the bag easily stands out among modern tote bags as something that blends the past and the present in a harmonious way. Given how it’s designed not to fade easily and to match almost any fashion style, the $80 early price tag is almost perfect for a long-lasting bag to carry your stuff with you.

Balenciaga and Bang & Olufsen design a Speaker Bag that mixes Hi-Fi with high fashion

A few decades ago, bringing your music along with you meant hauling a large cassette tape player over your shoulders or shoving a large Walkman inside an equally large pocket. These days, “portable music” often translates to smartphones and, occasionally, Bluetooth speakers, too. Of course, that’s not the only way to carry music everywhere you go, especially if you’re into something more stylish and fashionable. You might have to settle for something eccentric as well if you’re looking for something carrying a heavyweight marque’s name. The Speaker Bag is an example of such an oddity, but in case you think it’s a sort of hoax, it’s really a serious item that comes from the house of Balenciaga as well as Bang & Olufsen.

Designer: Balenciaga x Bang & Olufsen

Balenciaga has made a few big waves in the fashion and product design space recently, particularly with the Crocs tote bag that wasn’t a bunch of crock. The accessory definitely had some shock factor, though camps are naturally split on whether it looks ridiculous or glorious. This Speaker Bag is less playful and less disruptive, but it’s still an eye-catching fashion piece that actually has functionality you can use beyond just looking sophisticated.

The Speaker Bag is milled from a single block of aluminum which is then pearl-blasted, anodized, and hand-polished to a stunning perfection at B&O’s Denmark Factory 5. This isn’t an instant process, as some mass-produced speakers might be, and it takes a few days before the structure takes on a satin finish. The bag’s shape is inspired by Balenciaga’s iconic handbags, resulting in a trapezoidal silhouette with smooth curves on all sides and a large gap on top for the handle.

The speaker grille in front makes it obvious that it’s not your run-of-the-mill handbag, though. It is, of course, a speaker that passes Bang and Olufsen’s standards for audio quality. The audio brand’s mark underneath the handle, together with Balenciaga’s name, is a clear testament to the promise of quality that this unconventional speaker carries. Beneath the branding are the controls for music playback and Bluetooth connection. The speaker can run up to 18 hours before its battery requires topping up, according to B&O.

The Speaker Bag isn’t just a speaker in the form of a bag. It’s also an actual handbag that is as unconventional as the speaker. Instead of opening it from the top like all handbags, you have to open it from the rear to reveal a compartment wrapped in Italian lambskin leather. Given the electronics that have to be housed inside, it’s expected that space would be rather cramped inside.

This Haute Couture Hi-Fi fashion and tech accessory in one isn’t going to be widely available. Only twenty of its kind will be sold, and only from select Balenciaga stores and its Couture in Paris. If you ever get your hands on one, it will immediately make you part of an elite few that are witnesses to this matrimony of fashion and technology. For the brands, the Speaker Bag is proof that you don’t need to sacrifice sound quality to have something aesthetically pleasing and customized to your personal tastes.

These bags that look like designer products are made from express packaging plastic

Plain, monochromatic bags might be the trademark of some designer brands, but more and more accessories these days are taking on more expressive and complicated designs. Some might even look like an incoherent jumble of colors, texts, and shapes, giving bags, shirts, and apparel some personality and energy. They almost scream, given their unorthodox mix of design elements, letting everyone in the room know and acknowledge their presence. Given those trends and expectations, these bags might be head-turners and attention-grabbers in the most positive ways. It won’t be until you take a closer look, however, that you’ll realize that these bags and purposes aren’t just eye-catching; they’re also an excellent way to reuse the growing mass of plastic waste generated by our newfound online shopping habits.

Although it has been around for a long time now, online shopping and deliveries have really taken root in people’s consciousness over the past few years. In addition to convenience, it also generated some safety when people couldn’t go outdoors as freely as before. It created a new economy, which, in turn, also created a new source of waste. Just as we were finally starting to reduce the amount of plastic bags being used in shopping and groceries, express packaging threatens to undo all those wins.

Admittedly, it would be impossible to completely remove plastic from the equation, at least not for products shipped by the masses. As with plastics, mitigating their harmful effects on the environment is the first step in eradicating them, and that usually involves recycling them or, better yet, putting them to use in a different way. Given how distinctive these packaging plastics can be, a group of designers envisioned how they could be used as design elements to make accessories unique and distinctive.

“Re: Express Plastic to Bag” is an attempt to use the varying designs and markings of packaging plastic as a strength rather than the material’s weakness. After removing potentially private information on labels, these plastic pieces are compressed and heated to become more pliable materials that can be cut into strips. These strips of different colors and patterns are then laid out flat and once again baked to be hard enough to be used for making bags.

The final material has the texture of vegetable-tanned leather but the flexibility and water resistance of synthetic materials. A single sheet can be used to create the whole body of the bag, or modular parts can be used to easily swap out damaged areas with recycled plastics. The biggest draw is that while the bags are made from recycled materials, that fact isn’t immediately obvious until you take a close look. And instead of making the bag look cheap, the chaotic patterns and colors of the original packaging designs actually give the accessories their unique visual flavor.

This recycled plastic material has the potential to be used in more products than just handbags and purses, though. They can be used for glass pouches, covers, laptop sleeves, and more. While it does give these non-biodegradable materials a home, it would be better if we actually cut down on their use instead. But since that’s nearly impossible at this point, turning them into something useful and even beautiful is the next best thing we can do.

Balenciaga meets Crocs for “interesting” rubber tote bag, phone holder

There are a lot of footwear brands out there not named Nike or Adidas that are pretty interesting and immensely popular. I don’t really know what category Crocs falls under but I do know that no one I personally know would ever publicly admit that they like the brand. I also don’t think I’d be caught wearing a pair as its chunky and hole-y aesthetic is definitely not my style. And yet apparently it continues to be immensely popular as we keep seeing all these Crocs-inpsired products and even collaborations with other high-fashion brands.

Designer: Balenciaga

The latest brand to be hit with the mysterious but still very real Crocs fever is Spanish luxury fashion brand Balenciaga. For their Fall 2022 campaign, they have added a Crocs product – the Crocs Tote Bag. Yes, it’s a tote bag for those who seem to want to bring half of their house while moving around but carrying the unique Crocs design. Not only does it have the classic perforation in the middle of the bag, it is also made out of the same rubber material that the Crocs shoes are made from. It is an open-top tote design with two handles at the top.

If the large tote bag is a bit too much for you, there’s a slightly less-loud and smaller version, a Balenciaga Crocs phone holder. It basically follows the same design as the tote bag but this time it will only fit your smartphone and maybe some bills or calling cards. It has a longer strap so you can just carry it around with you when going around and you don’t need to bring a bag. The large tote is available in pink, green, or black while the phone holder comes in green and black.

The love affair between Balenciaga and Crocs is an ongoing saga as they previously release slide sandals, boots, and even a version of the Crocs with heels. If you’re not a fan of this aesthetic of course you’d be laughing at this partnership. But even if you don’t have any strong feelings about Crocs, you can maybe objectively say this isn’t the best-designed Balenciaga products. Fans of this kind of design though would need to shell out $1,250 for the tote bag and $775 for the phone holder. That may be too much for something that’s meh at best, hilarious at worst.

The expandable Bould Pack sling bag lasts a lifetime and helps heal the planet, too

This versatile hip and sling bag isn’t just sustainable; it could even improve the plant’s soil quality in the long run.

Once derisively nicknamed Fanny Packs, bags that you can easily sling over your shoulders or around your hips have become hip again, no pun intended. The explosion of such compact travel bags has naturally caused a surge in production and the use of materials that, unfortunately, don’t exactly do wonders for the environment. There have been attempts to use more sustainable materials, but those sometimes have their own set of drawbacks and compromises that have manufacturers running back to petroleum-based materials. With a single, almost magical natural resource, however, this versatile bag solves all those problems while also almost magically letting you carry everything you need for light travel, even including your trusty camera.

Designer: Kiri Mccart

Most bags are made from a combination of different materials like plastics, leather, and cotton. Many sustainable alternatives try to reduce the impact of these products on the Earth but sometimes come with disadvantages like reduced durability or short lifespans. The harvesting of these resources also has its own negative impact that can’t simply be solved just by growing more plants that, in turn, could also drain the soil dry of nutrients when left unchecked.

Natural Materials – Hemp Fiber is 4x stronger than cotton and more than twice as strong as steel.

Kodama’s solution has actually existed for millennia, but with some modern know-how and production techniques, Hemp can be turned into a miracle fabric that can solve most of the limitations of sustainable alternatives, as proven by this Bould Pack. The plant-based Hemp Canvas, for example, is proven to be four times more tear-resistant than cotton, surviving unscathed against a sharp knife. By fusing PU coating underneath the fabric, this hemp textile also becomes waterproof. These properties also make it possible to scrub off stubborn dirt and stains without damaging the back, making the Bould Pack almost immortal without being harmful to the environment like plastics.

Material is strong enough for the slash of a sharp knife to leave almost no impact.

Hemp, of course, has to be planted and harvested just like cotton and other organic materials. What makes the plant special is its natural regenerative properties that actually help improve the quality of the soil after it is harvested, partly thanks to how deep its roots go. It can also help purify not just the air but also the soil it grows on. Sure, it still needs water and nutrients, but it requires less of them compared to other plants used for textile, such as cotton. The bag’s insides are also made with hemp, but a lighter kind that has natural antibacterial properties that will keep your things germ-free, even if you leave a snack open for a day or two.

The Bould Pack isn’t just a bold sustainable statement, of course. It’s also a bold statement on versatility. With five pockets of different sizes, it has room for almost anything you need to carry for a brief trip or adventure, not including a hidden pocket for important documents or keys. And if that weren’t enough, simply unzip the rear section of the bag to expand its capacity, leaving enough space for a 9-inch water bottle or, better yet, a DSLR camera. The bag is also flexible in how you wear it, whether you prefer to wrap it around your hip, sling it across your back, or secure it in front of your chest. The Bould Pack adjusts to you, not the other way around.

Fit up to a 9″ water bottle.

Crossbody sling bags are a dime a dozen these days, but one that will last you a lifetime and helps make the world a better place at the same time is one-of-a-kind. Versatile, durable, expandable, and sustainable, the Bould Pack lets you help give back to the Earth while keeping your everyday carry safe and sound inside a fashionable bag. And all that for only $39 on Kickstarter, making it one of the easiest ways to help save the planet as you go on your own mini-adventures in life.

That’s the kind of stress that this traveler’s bag tries to chase away, with its plethora of compartments to accommodate everything you’ll need on your journey. Plus, it can change its face to match the color of your mood or wardrobe theme.

It’s too easy to take for granted what a little splash of color can do. With a single look, it can express one’s mood or taste more effectively than multiple words. Most bags limit you to the style and color that you chose when you bought them, practically forcing you to buy different bags for different looks. The Carryfly Travel Backpack’s changeable leather front faces let you switch colors easily, even on the fly, letting you match your day’s color scheme. Of course, that’s just the tip of the proverbial iceberg because this travel bag’s real power comes from both within and on the outside.

The 50-liter Carryfly Travel Backpack has a place for almost anything you need to bring with you. A compartment for a laptop is common fare these days, but how about a dedicated front compartment for notebooks, pens, and other stationery tools? There’s also a bottle pocket that conveniently zips out of the way when not in use. The backpack has plenty of hidden pockets, especially on the back, for stuff you need to keep out of and out of the hands of sneaky thieves. And to protect the main contents of your bag, there’s a password-protected lack on top similar to the ones you’d see on suitcases.

The travel pack isn’t exactly modular, but it can change its internal configuration to meet your needs. It has a shoe compartment for when you need more than just the ones on your feet. If, however, you don’t need to bring another pair, you can use that space for clothes or for a camera. Alternatively, you can also fit the EDC pouch to keep your favorite tools safe when not in use. Whether you’re packing for a long trip or just a short photography excursion, the Carryfly will be ready to fly with you, carrying all that you need.

Of course, the backpack is made from durable materials, including anti-scratch and water-resistant 1680D Oxford material, as well as durable YKK zippers. But if you think that you’d be carrying a tank, you’d be surprised at how comfortable it will feel on your back. In addition to ergonomic cushions, the design of the backpack’s back also facilitates good airflow to help keep your own back cool. Microfiber leather, especially with on the changeable covers, also give the travel bag a more premium look compared to other rugged bags you’d find on the market.

Whatever your travel needs and style, the Carryfly Travel Pack has all the compartments and pockets you need to fit your stuff. You can get the Carryfly Backpack V1 alone for $199 on Kickstarter if you’re fast enough to grab that Super Early deal. Adaptable Onli Travel Revolution Modular Bag System – Helps Relieve the Stress of Travel

Never lose your cool again while traveling with this flexible bag system, which lets you be the boss of your stuff, not the other way around! It’s a modular 3-part bag that adapts on the fly to the challenges travel throws at you.

Even the most relaxing vacation travel can get stressful hours or even days before leaving, all because of having to prepare for spending time away from the comforts of home. In addition to trying to figure out how much or how little to bring, travelers also have to take into account the kind of bag to use for the trip. Whether it’s a long vacation out of town or a simple trip back home for Thanksgiving, people tend to carry different bags for different occasions. And that’s not even considering the traveling you’ll be doing around your destination. If you find yourself pulling your hair out over all these considerations, then you might want to consider getting this three-part modular four-wheel spinner/backpack system, which covers all your travel bag needs, whether you need a larger suitcase to roll around or a slim backpack to carry for shorter trips or around town.

Designers: Dave Logan and Kyle Logan

Click Here to Buy Now: $319 $439 (27% off). Hurry, less than 48 hours left! Raised over $170,000.

We need a suitcase when traveling for more than a few days, but we often also need a smaller bag for shorter trips during that period. Sometimes, however, we just need a weekender to get us through a couple of days away, plus a laptop bag to work at a cafe or even at a park. The most obvious solution to this would be to have a bag for each of those cases, but that only multiplies your problems rather than reduces them. What if you had, instead, a single bag that catered to all those needs? Or better yet, what if you had a set of bags that functioned as a whole or separately, depending on what you needed?

Building on its successful initial product in 2019, Onli Travel is now bringing forth its new Revolution Rolling Pack to deliver that solution. Just like its predecessor, the system is composed of three modular bags that you can combine together in different ways or use apart as the case warrants. All three together make up a large suitcase that you can roll or carry as a backpack, but the front Messenger Tote Pack and the rear Expandable Daypack can also be detached and used separately or combined and expanded into a larger Weekender backpack for shorter periods of time away from home.

Those aren’t the only features this system has, of course. A notable upgrade is the change from a two-wheel roller-board to a four-wheel “spinner,” making it effortless to pull or push the luggage in any direction (including sideways down airplane aisles). When space constraints require it, you can easily collapse the telescopic handle and throw the luggage on your back as well, as it also works as a travel backpack.

If there’s not enough space on the airplane, you can take the modules apart so that they can fit in tighter spaces in the overhead. (The front unit has even been designed to strap to the tray on the seat in front of you, converting to an in-flight workstation to make your time in the middle seat tolerable!) And, of course, there’s an array of perfectly thought out pockets and compartments to help you ergonomically organize anything and everything you need for quick access while you travel.

Left: Messenger Tote Pack. Right: Expandable Daypack.

Each part of the Travel Revolution system is specially designed for different travel scenarios or to solve problems encountered while traveling. The four-wheel Expandable Spinner, for example, can expand to accommodate more stuff if you buy things on your trip and has side pockets to stash an umbrella or water bottle; the Expandable Daypack opens flat for easier inspection at security checkpoints and allows you to access contents easily like a suitcase; And the Messenger Tote Pack can be worn as a tote, messenger bag, or backpack, and has room for both a 17-inch laptop and a tablet. With the Onli Travel Revolution, you finally have a bag that adapts to fit your travel needs and reduces the stress of travel.

Even the Onli 8-cube packing cube system helps – in addition to anticipating what you need to bring, Onli designed it to perfectly fit the bag and utilize the space, so you don’t have to worry about whether it will fit!

According to Onli Travel, the future of luggage is modular. After looking at this design, let the modular revolution begin!

Andy Warhol is perhaps the most famous artist in the Pop Art scene. Most people can recognize his art everywhere because of its distinct characteristics and vibe. Warhol art is something you can’t take out of the pop culture scene as we believe the artist’s work will be used and displayed for the years to come.

The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts has recently teamed up with Herschel to develop a new collection. This is the first Herschel collaboration we’re featuring here. It’s something artists and creatives will be happy to check out since it’s Andy Warhol.

Andy Warhol Herschel Supply Herschel Nova Backpack Mid-Volume 2

The Andy Warhol x Herschel Collection features three of the artist’s most iconic images: blooming hibiscus flowers, cows, and bananas. The images are used on four Herschel Supply’s signature bags: the Nova Mid-Volume Backpack, Little America Backpack,  Settlement Backpack, and the Seventeen Hip Pack. The hibiscus flowers are splashed onto a Settlement, Seventeen Hip Pack, a Nova Backpack, and a Little America Backpack. The bags feature the Flowers, one of Andy Warhol’s earliest entries into Pop art. The hibiscus flowers are set in vivid colors and high contrast that they look very vibrant even from afar. This particular pattern explores Warhol’s connection with nature, so this series may be something nature-lovers will enjoy.

The Cow print was produced as wallpaper originally in 1966. The design is being used now on the Herschel bags but only on some parts of each bag. The famous print is applied against a black fabric for a nice contrast. The Banana, also from 1966, is a Pop art screen print that can be considered one of Warhol’s famous works. The yellow banana is set against black, joining a black-and-white striped print on some parts of the bags.

The bags come with 100% recycled fabric liner with Andy Warhol’s signature print. Most of them have a zippered front pocket with a waterproof zipper, except for the Little America Backpack.
