BioShock Infinite Booker DeWitt Action Figure Has the Look of Constant Surprise

I really liked Bioshock Infinite; I thought it was a cool game even if the original was better in my opinion. Booker DeWitt is the hero of the game and about the only time players get a look at his face is on the cover of the game. I don’t know who the person on the cover of the game is supposed to be, but I always thought it was the actor from Defiance on SyFy.

That’s beside the point though. If you want to get your hands on an action figure of Booker DeWitt and don’t mind the fact that the action figure looks nothing like the person on the cover of the game, here is your chance. You’ll also need to get past his deer caught in the headlights stare.

NECA’s Booker DeWitt action figure is 7-inches-tall and has a shotgun in one hand and a skyhook in the other. Not looking like Booker from the game aside, this action figure is still pretty cool. If you want one, it’s available for pre-order from Entertainment Earth for $19.99(USD).

LEGO BioShock Infinite Diorama: Columbricka

One of my favorite games on the PC is the original BioShock. I really liked BioShock Infinite, but it wasn’t as cool as the original to me. Some geeks from Imagine Rigney have built a massive LEGO recreation of one of the pivotal levels from Bioshock Infinite – the Infinite Bank of the Prophet.

The massive brick construct has the giant metal songbird perched atop a building and even has sky rails used to get around the floating city of Columbia. I would love to play with this massive LEGO construct, it’s awesome.

I wonder how long it took them to build. Seeing this makes me want to ditch work and play BioShock all day.

Filmmakers Create Cool Bioshock Sky-hook Prop

If you enjoyed Bioshock Infinite, I have some good news for you. The Sky-Hook is real! As real as it is likely to get anyway. What you see here is an “Air Grabber” prop (the Rapture version of the Sky-Hook from Bioshock Infinite’s DLC).

This is a prop for an upcoming BioShock fan film from PCND FX. The details look pretty impressive and it even moves. Don’t try to jump and grab onto any rails though. The metal parts at the end do spin pretty fast, so the weapon part of it is definitely working.

Bioshock Infinite Motorized Patriot Action Figure: Columbia! F-Yeah!

We saw an unofficial LEGO version of the Motorized Patriot a couple of weeks ago. But if you wouldn’t mind spending a little cash for something more detailed, check out NECA’s officially licensed action figure of the fearsome Heavy Hitter.

The action figure stands 9″ tall and comes with two tattered flags of Columbia, two interchangeable heads and a gatling gun.

The gun’s barrels move if you turn its crank, and the flags fit in the back of the action figure, just like its virtual counterpart.

This LEGO model of the Motorized Patriot from Bioshock Infinite is a testament to the technical prowess and power of Carl Merriam. He made it as part of his Iron Builder battle with Pepa Quin, who if I remember correctly is another famous and talented LEGO enthusiast.
