Personally, I don’t think there’s much to color in that area (I think you’ll realize you’ll run out of certain colors faster in your set of crayons or colored pencils…) but hey, if you want to color something that’s meant for your age group, then why not?

They’re available in any cup size and padding level you’d like – but only the basic Poké Ball design.
