Ask Engadget best Find my Phone app for Android

"Hi good folks at Engadget! I just upgraded to a Galaxy S III and I need a new "find my phone" tool. I used to use SeekDroid on my DROID 2, but the web interface won't work on the new phone. I know Samsung's got an app called DIVE that can do this, but it doesn't seem to be supported on Verizon phones. If you've got any suggestions, that'd be fantastic. Thanks!"

Actually, we had a look and we don't think it's available on any US Samsung handset without flashing your firmware. But let's imagine he doesn't want that level of hassle. What app should he be picking up? Where's my Droid? Plan B? Something else? What's worked for you -- share your wisdom.

TAT7 Waterproof Case: Take Your iPhone Swimming, Surfing, or Skiing

Whether it’s to take your iPhone scuba diving, into the bathtub or just into the pool, the TAT7 Case will protect your precious phone from damage underwater. It’s an interesting case, that has some uses, especially if you live near the beach or like to go up the slopes to ski or snowboard.

The TAT7 case is waterproof down to 100 feet or 30m and fits either the iPhone 4 or 4S. It’s made to tackle water, snow, and high-altitude hiking with ease. The case itself is made out of a high density polycarbonate and stainless steel, and forms a tight seal when closed. One thing I like about the TAT7 Case is that isn’t as bulky as some of the other underwater cases out there. One of the biggest benefits of the iPhone is it’s slim profile.

While you can’t utilize the full touchscreen and controls when your phone is sealed away in the TAT7, the case does provide exterior pushbuttons which let you press the home button, and use the iPhone’s camera.
