“Lost in Space” B-9 Robot is Stright from the Opposite World

Lost in Space fans will want this collectible B-9 robot action figure based on the episode of the sci-fi series called “The Anti-Matter Man.” The robot has different colors than the similar toy we talked about back in 2015, because this one is from the opposite world.

The Diamond Select action figure has lights and sounds taken straight from the TV show. Lights flash in its head and on its chest when turned on, and the press of a button triggers some anti-matter dialog. The toy will say “This is the opposite world,” “So you’re the goody-goody one,” and “I don’t need help from you, punk – get lost!” Check it out in action in the video below:

The toy also has a head you can manually raise and lower, and claws that open and close. The figure sells for $39.99 at Entertainment Earth and will ship in June 2019.

Lost in Space B9 Electronic Robot Cries “Danger!”

I used to watch a lot of old TV show reruns in the summers growing up. Back then we had four channels on TV and one of them was reruns of old shows like Happy Days, The Munsters, The Addams Family, and Lost in Space with lots of Gilligan’s Island mixed in. I grew to be a big fan of Lost in Space and always wanted my own robot like Will had.

Alas, now that I am an adult, I still don’t have my own robot to follow me around and tell me when danger is present. Fortunately, I can get this awesome toy version of the B-9 Class M-3 General Utility Non-Theorizing Environmental Control Robot, otherwise known as Robot on the show.

The 10″ tall figure has blinking lights, say things from the show, including “Danger Danger Will Robinson!”, and you can open and close his claws. Get your own robot for $49.99(USD) at ThinkGeek.
