Furniture meets cat lovers for designs that help you create the perfect pet-friendly living space!

I wholeheartedly believe that this is a cat’s world, and we’re just living in it! If you have a cat or two, then you know that they are the true masters of our home, and we are their abiding slaves, tending to their every need, always at their beck and call. They’re the apple of our eyes, and we would do almost anything to keep them happy and comfy, including showering them with cat-friendly furniture designs that they can lounge and relax about on. I’m always trying to create a comfortable and interactive living space for my own cats – from a cat tower that doubles up as a vanity mirror to a cat-centered table featuring a cavity and hidden shelf for your petto perch on, I’m ready to invest them in all. And this collection of cat products promise to be the investments that do exactly that! They will cater purrfectly to your cat’s every need! Happy kitties guaranteed!

What could I do to make my bedroom my cat’s favorite place? The Gatrimonial bed frame, made by a company called CatLife, made this dream a reality. They make furniture that doubles as an adventurous cat’s dream. At first glance, the bed frame looks like a hollow base with circular entrances in each corner. It has plenty of space for your cat to stretch its limbs underneath your bed. When you lift the mattress, it reveals an elaborate maze to keep your feline entertained. The frame also has two sections with a splattering of tiny paw-sized holes that could either be peep-holes or a little trap for unsuspecting paw swipes. Your ankles will not appreciate it, but your cat will love the hunt.

Sio is a cat tower carved from natural wood with integrated perch swings and cushioned hideouts for cats to climb and rest until they’re ready for a catnap. The Sio cat tree keeps the same shape as a twin step ladder, providing a semi-enclosed bottom resting area and carpeted steps with connecting slings where cats can relax and keep a close eye on their humans. Constructed from natural wood, the Sio cat tree is discreet enough to fit into most modern living rooms and blend in with the rest of the furniture.

This table designed by Dinos for cat owners is handcrafted by local craftspeople from natural red oak wood to age well over time and remain a place where your cat can perch. The table’s rounded corners are also specially sanded down to ensure safe climbing and jumping for your cat. When you’d like your cats to join you while you work, the table features a center cavity through which they can poke their heads and see what you’re up to. In the center of the table, the craftspeople at Dinos carved a 16cm hole just above a circular shelf where your cat can rest. When your cat isn’t resting on the shelf, it can be used to store items like magazines or even cat toys.

Created from premium quality maple wood, and textured sisal fabric, the collection was inspired by architectural columns, wooden dowels, soft edges, and simple geometric shapes. And it really shows through in the furniture pieces! The collection consists of five interesting pieces. You have a beautiful light maple wood chair, that functions as a pet-human chair! This basically means your cat and you can lounge about on the same chair, spending quality time without invading each other’s privacy. The lower section functions as a safe space for your cat to rest in! The collection also includes a litter box with an arched roof. The upper section consists of columns that provide your cat privacy as he/she carries out their business, and also allows the litter box to integrate with your living space, without actually looking like one! Rise also consists of two cat beds. One is pretty compact and small in size and occupies minimum space. The other one is larger in size and is designed to fit into any corner of your home. It also includes a scratching post. The final design in the collection is a cat climber that also doubles up as a scratching post! The climber keeps your pet engaged, active, and productive!

Developed specifically for small to medium-sized apartments, Co-Living is a full-body mirror and cat tower combined to become a shared, interactive piece of interior furniture for cats and humans alike. When looking at Co-Living head-on, it appears as just another full-body mirror, but a closer look reveals its multi-functionality. With an arched top and bottom, the mirror stands on one wooden peg in front of Co-Living’s rear cat tower. Constructed vertically, Co-Living is designed to encourage cats’ natural climbing tendencies by incorporating multiple carpeted tiers from which they can hop on and off until reaching the top.

The Desco Aluminum Cat Feeder by MiaCara is the perfect cutlery to spruce up your cat’s meals! The set consists of two bowls that are placed on a stand. The stand is made from powder-coated aluminum, and features a crip matte finish! The two bowls, on the other hand, are crafted from stainless steel, hence creating a shiny and attractive contrast to the matte stand. The feeder is a minimal and Nordic-inspired pet product that will perfectly integrate into your home. You can bid adieu to the eyesore-ish feeders that tend to clutter up your living space!

The Petpresso Smart Cat Care Device keeps your kitties as healthy and happy as possible! The system provides food and water to your cats, while also actively monitoring their drinking and eating habits. It keeps tabs on your pet to ensure, they are eating and drinking well since irregular eating and drinking patterns can be the first indicators of any health issues. Weighting sensors also monitor and determine when your cat eats and drinks. A companion app helps you manage how much food is being dispensed and helps you set feeding times as well. This cat care device is the ultimate caretaker for your pet!

Featuring concealed storage areas and tucked-away hideouts, Neko Goten was designed on the basis of understanding the behavior of cats with acute attention to what makes them really purr. On the left side, Neko Goten’s staircase brings cats to alternating jumping perches where cats can leapfrog before heading up to the tower’s plastic hemisphere that hovers above the entire play area. Below the staircase, a hideout offers a covert place for cats to rest without bother. Then, the center section of Neko Goten features a hive-like resting area that’s stationed atop a hollowed-out carpeted ring reminiscent of a hamster wheel, where cats can either rest, scratch, or knead until a cat nap’s in order.

PaiPai Pets’ double basin cat kennel is a cat tower and console storage cabinet in one. Looking at the kennel head-on, two wide doors border a narrower middle door, which opens up to the kennel’s storage unit and jungle-gym interior. On the left and right sides of the kennel, there’s enough space to fit two large litter boxes, which are always accessible through the middle door’s open porthole. Behind the kennel’s center cabinet, storage shelves can be found where cat owners can stow away smaller items like cans of wet cat food and litter scoopers. Painted in bright white, with natural wood accents along the perimeter, the kennel can remain discreet even in busier home spaces like the living room or den. Along the sides of the kennel, smaller portholes allow for plenty of airflows as well as a fun way for you to play whack-a-mole with your cat.

The Wool Felt Castle Bed is what cat dreams are made of! Created from wool felt, fleece, and plenty of cushions, the cat bed is as comfortable as a bed can get. Large enough for pets of all sizes, the little bed provides the perfect private little spot for your kitty, since they always crave their fair share of personal space and isolation.

In all the desk designs I’ve seen over the years, this is a first for me! It’s called ‘Ascend’ and it’s been created by Dan Devine for all the cat ladies and fellas out there. Like any cat person will tell you, the moment you give attention to anything but your furry friend, they’ll find a way to lounge on your keyboard or knock over your utensils until it’s back on them! Designed with this in mind, the wood desk has been crafted with multiple ramps and landings for cats to perch up and play. If you can’t fight ’em, invite ’em!

Simple and elegant, the Leaf transforms any plastic bottle you may have lying around into a doggy drinking apparatus. Perfect for those dog walks, the Leaf retrofits onto any regular PET (PolyEthylene Terephthalate) bottle with the standard 28mm diameter threaded neck. Made out of food-grade silicone, the leaf wraps around the bottle, and when flipped over (dog-eared, if you will), becomes a bowl for your dog to drink water from. The cupped leaf along with the reinforcing silicone veins give the dog a vessel to drink out of. Once done, the leaf can be folded back to wrap around the bottle. The leaf can also aid in easy bottle filling by acting as a funnel!

The Circle Zero from PLUTO is a smart litter box that takes care of your cat’s business. Designed to be fully automated, fully enclosed, and exceptionally silent, the litter box comes with a completely enclosed design to provide a private experience. Sensors on the box detect the presence of the cat and wait for a full 7 minutes after they’re done to automatically (and silently) scoop the waste from the litter and store it separately while completely containing and eliminating any odor too. Once the waste compartment is full, you can use any bag or liner to collect it and throw it away. The Circle Zero works with any brand of kitty litter and comes with two types of scoop-designs. Sensors within the box (although it’s technically a sphere) keep track of your cat’s routines and can notify you via an app if any irregularities are spotted. The litter box monitors your cat(s) to give you information that may be of relevance to your veterinarian, and yes, the Circle Zero does support (and can individually track) multiple cats.

Industrial designer Jong Hoon Yoon from Seoul, Korea pondered over the unique idea of thinking from a pet’s perspective and designing an intuitive TV stand. Christened “With”, the space-saving TV unit doubles as a cozy spot for your cat to never let go of. All this while being considerate of the kind human too. Yes, With considers the positioning of the cat and the fellow human, so that they both are in their comfort zone and don’t bother each other. For us, the TV is a mere source of entertainment as well as lousy around on our couch binge-watching streaming content. On the other hand, the heat produced from the TV and the accompanying electronics is an opportunity for your pet to curl up and enjoy in their own space.

Designed by Jihyun Han, Gosewalk consists of two toy pieces, a multi-surfaced mat that resembles the different terrain found outdoors, and a silicone puzzle that stows away dog treats for your pup to sniff and find. The multi-surfaced mat brings the outdoors to your dog with different fabrics resembling different terrains. Twisted and shaggy polyester mimics the look and feel of grass, while tan corduroy and water-repellant canvas bring the colors of sand and soil to your dog’s snout. Pockets and flaps line the mat’s fabrics and provide perfect hiding places for treats and mixtures of herbs and scents to entertain your pup. The silicone puzzle, which seems to be a smaller, more portable companion piece to the bulkier mat, resembles the look of grass through its tender, spring green silicone nubs that grid the toy. Hidden compartments are carved into the silicone puzzle where dog owners can store treats for their pups to sniff out and munch on. Then, in the middle of the puzzle, a darker green, ruffled and leafy centerpiece camouflages yet another hidden storage compartment that can be used to stow away packets of herbal mixtures for dogs to sniff on while hunting for treats.

Do you wish you could track your dog’s location in case of emergencies but don’t want to embed a tracker in his or her body? The Link smart collar offers an alternative, more pet-friendly solution with its removable GPS. However, the Link is for more than emergencies – it includes features that improve your pet’s health and quality of life every day. So, what does the Link do? The collar itself holds the GPS tracker and a LED light for visibility during night walks. Additionally, with the Link companion app, the product can log your dog’s physical fitness, vet records, and other stats related to his or her health. Basically, it’s a FitBit for your pet – keeping them happy, healthy, and safe.

Pet Paws is a high-tech sanitizing mat used to clean, disinfect, and dry the legs of our pets as well as the soles of our shoes. The efficient product design is a simple roll-up mat that is easy to carry and store. The team worked on elevating an existing prototype by adding improved functionality and simplifying it further – the redesigned version is now just a one-piece product, unlike the original one which had four parts. It has two areas on its surface – the first section of the mat has a multi-directional cleaning texture which bends and cleans inside the paws in a friendly manner, and the second section of the mat has a cushioned texture which helps to dry the paws as the pet walks over the microfiber sleeve.

The Ebo Catpal is a robot companion that serves as both a cat sitter and a favorite toy. It’s essentially a mobile security camera that can follow your pet through the house like a Roomba. Similar to a Roomba, the device has sensors to detect obstacles in the vicinity. It also will automatically return to its charging station when low on battery. The camera’s feed is accessible through a mobile app, similar to many home security systems. It also serves a second purpose … let’s be honest, what owner can resist snapping close-ups of their pet’s hijinks? For this reason, the Ebo’s camera records high-resolution footage, which you can save, edit, and post to social media. You can add cute stickers to an image, or even create gifs.

Passakorn Kulkliang designed PAWSPAL in order to help better facilitate the typically difficult task of traveling with animal companions. The product has three main functions: a fully-integrated, chargeable air ventilation system, a bottom deck used to roll the carrying cases, and the individual crate’s inbuilt stackability. If the user were to choose to roll their pets through the airport, just like the common rolling suitcase, then the case or cases can be placed atop the removable base for easy maneuvering throughout any space or building. In addition to the stackable feature and the wheeled base, users can opt-out to carry the case as it is. Lastly, inside the crate, you won’t have to worry about your pet overheating because each case comes equipped with an operating air ventilation system that keeps your animal cool at all times. Each crate from PAWSPAL includes a charging hole for USB C cables so that keeping your pet cool is a given. Your pup or kitten can also enjoy plenty of air circulation and privacy thanks to the air slots that are large enough to maintain healthy airflow, but slim enough to keep prying eyes away from bothering your pet.

Hyun Jin Oh designed CoZY, an adjustable, two-tiered couch that meets both pets and their humans right where they are. When it comes to pet furniture, during the construction phases, functionality sometimes outweighs style, but Hyun Jin Oh found a sweet compromise with CoZY. The sofa’s stripped-down frame is made from stainless steel, evoking an industrial-chic personality, and utilizes the tension of four bold, bright red straps of leather that wrap around the steel bars of CoZY’s armrest and base, two along the rear and one on both sides of CoZY. Hyun Jin Oh’s sofa was designed specifically to create a space that’s accessible for older and smaller dogs to take a breather. Since we typically rest on sofas, dogs naturally follow suit, but sometimes the sofa requires too high of a leap for a smaller or older dog to manage all on its own. In order to encourage dogs to join their human on the couch, Hyun Jin Oh’s CoZY design utilizes a pull-out wooden board that slides easily along the sofa’s X-axis.

This automatic dog feeder customizes portion sizes based on your pet’s body composition

Its quarantine and I am sure I am not the only one binge-snacking while binge-watching TV. I am also not the best influence on my dog because when I get my midnight cookie and he looks at me with puppy eyes, I give him a treat too. I feel guilty after eating out of boredom and follow up with some exercises at home, so while I plank those cookies away my dog cannot do that. And since we are in lockdown, I can’t take him out for his usual long runs….so he may come out of this pandemic a little chubby and it made me wonder if there are pet feeding devices that can change portions after assessing your pet’s health.

Its 2020, anything can happen and here we have ‘In The Dog’ which is an automatic feeder that analyses your dog’s body composition before every meal. Usually, I take my dog for his routine check-up every quarter and their diets may need to be altered from time to time, especially if they are growing puppies and a feeding device like this is very handy for pet owners. If your dog has health issues then this automatic pet feeder can help. It is hard to gauge how much food is right for your dog because they can’t tell you (and honestly, even if they could tell you they would never say no to food) so having a pet feeder that can take the guesswork out and keep your dog rightly fed is amazing!

The form of the feeder is modern and sleek, it has been designed to fit with all interior styles. Unlike the usual pet bowl that is chipping off, this doesn’t look like an eyesore in the room. The front has a camera and an LED light. It also includes a metal tread plate to check your pet’s health. It comes with an app for your smartphone which reports on your dog’s body composition and recommends the portion sizes, once you authorize the automatic pet feeder will dispense the food. It is a seamless way to keep a log of their daily diet which is insightful data for any vet during check-ups. Now my dog may come out of quarantine in the same shape as he was but I need a refrigerator that can do the same for me!

Go glamping with your cats in this mini tent!

We all like a comfortable camping experience once in a while, or to be more millennial, a comfortable glamping experience once in a while! But what about our feline friends? Wouldn’t they like a warm tent to cozy up into? I mean maybe they haven’t ever thought of it…but I’m sure they would enjoy it! Well, the Cat Camp is here! And it’s a mini indoor tent, especially for our cats.

It’s quite similar to the mini display tents seen in outdoor shops, and it’s exactly like the larger tents for humans except its tiny…and cuter! 21.5 x 21.5 x 14 inches in size, the Cat Camp is spacious enough to accommodate almost all breeds of cats. A side-zip makes it extremely easy to enter, and it pitches just like a normal tent. Durable and high-quality materials were used to create the tent, ensuring it can withstand your pet’s sharp claws and teeth! Layered with microfiber fleece, the tent is fluffy and warm. You can easily remove the lining whenever it needs cleaning.

Available in blue, red, orange and grey, the mini tent comes with a heavy weather cover, so maybe you could prop it in your backyard or garden someday as well! I don’t know about you, but my cat babies would love a little tent to snuggle up into. Traditional pet homes can get a little boring, and this is a refreshing design. And maybe next time you could take your cat camping too with their very own mini tent!

This dog house is your pet’s dream house, it’s crafted with Brazilian teak wood responsible for the classy look which rests on a powder-coated steel frame so it’s sturdy. To make it long-lasting, the base of the dog house is made from concrete which also adds to the existing strong structure. The MKD9 Dog Haus gives interiors the same importance it gave to the exteriors, it comes with a custom bed by Jax & Bones which is made of an ultra-luxe memory foam pillow because your best friend deserves nothing less – he can choose the color too!

The Cat Flat has been carefully designed based on the advice of Sweden’s first cat psychologist, Susanne Hellman Holmström, who brought to light the 10 necessities apart from basic essentials that cats need for the best emotional and physical health. It looks like an organic wooden storage cabinet crafted from walnut veneer with dross having vertical slats at different angles to give it a lift. It has three levels for your cats inside complete with stimulating elements and toys.

The Wool Lodge is a safe haven of sorts for your pet. You can arrange and form the flat-packed structure by yourself easily. The lodge features a merino felt roof, with the rest of the structure being made from wood. Spacious enough to fit your cat’s litter box, the lodge shelters the box within its structure. Your cat can sneak away, and pee or poop in privacy, away from any prying eyes. On the other hand, you can install a soft cushion or mattress instead of a litter box in the lodge.

Literally titled the Fetch House, this doggy-kennel is made from a 3D-printed skeleton that holds a thousand tennis balls to make what I can only describe as canine paradise. I mean look at how pleased the dog looks in the picture above! The house comes with a modular internal structure that allows you to compression-fit as many as a 1000 tennis-balls into it. The balls can randomly be pulled out of their individual enclosures for the purpose of playing fetch (hence the name), and can easily be press-fitted back in when done.

The TailTalk Water Dispenser is a built-in water purification system that allows for the continuous flow and circulation of water, eliminating water scale build-up, whilst four layers of filter remove any large particles from the water. All of this occurs whilst the Intelligent Water Quantity Monitoring System simultaneously tracks the intake of water; a gravity sensor that’s housed within the base of the device monitors the water volume, which is then clearly displayed on the side of the product!

Product designer Yoh Komiyama collaborated with Tokyo-based Rinn to create the NEKO Cat Tree.  Wood sourced from the forests in the Hida region of Japan was used to craft the series of dowels that make up the majority of the column. The ancient Japanese technique Dabo was used to create this piece!

Although designed for pets with hind-leg disabilities, and with the ability to adapt to a growing pup, Petdali’s Pet Wheelchair is not radically different than the ones we see in the market today but is a refined version of them. The harness looks a lot easier to use and so is the construction of the back limbs straps. Comfort and adaptability being the keywords here, I’m looking forward to seeing this in the market soon.

The Cove is a minimalist Scandinavian-styled litter box that complements your home decor. Made from non-toxic recycled plastic, the litter-box comes with a simple, clean, off-white design that integrates a scooper along with a dust-pan and brush into its form. The box comes with vertical walls that prevent litter from accidentally spilling out, or the tray being overturned, along with a silicone base that keeps the tray from accidentally slipping or moving around the floor.

A Cat Thing by Chacha and Lily is the perfect sanctuary for your beloved felines! It’s the ultimate playing heaven with different modules for different sections of your home. This mini playground is a must-have for your kitties.

Okay, let’s admit it this banana bed for cats by Petgrow is absolutely adorable! And not to mention it looks super cozy and completely snuggle-worthy.
