Sustainable designs created by this upcycling product designer transforms your trash into solutions

Forget recycling. Upcycling could be the next trend that creates new things out of old ones and save more energy at the same time.

We are probably all familiar with the idea of recycling, where certain materials are broken down to be remade into something new, usually related to the original composition, like how paper becomes recycled paper or aluminum comes become ingots. That process, however, doesn’t always work for kinds of things, and many more products end up in landfills when they could still be put to good and often unrelated use. That’s why a young product designer in Hong Kong is trying to kick off a new way of thinking that turns throwaway materials and objects into something useful and perhaps even a bit surprising.

Designer: Kevin, Cheung Wai Chun

Based in Hong Kong, Kevin Cheung describes himself as an “upcycling product designer” and distances himself from the more common concepts of recycling. In fact, he labels recycling as “downcycling” because of how the process breaks down materials rather than using them as-is. While it’s still a big step forward when it comes to sustainability, Cheung tells the South China Morning Post that the entire process still consumes a lot of water and energy in the long run.

In contrast, upcycling actually uses a material’s properties and incorporates that into a new product. Leftover felt carpets from the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, for example, are turned into a protective pouch for laptops or even comfy slippers. Coffee bean bags made from heavy-duty jute fabric can be turned into tote bags that tell the whole world your love for the drink.

You might be expecting that Cheung regularly scours waste stations and garbage dumps for materials to use, but that would actually defeat the purpose. Reusing rubbish from those sources would actually take more time and use up water, which is what upcycling is trying to avoid. Instead, the designer goes directly to the sources of these throwable objects, like companies and stores that don’t give a second thought to what they toss out. Cheung’s inaugural upcycling product, the Boombottle, uses plastic bottles from medical clinics.

More than just the environmental benefits, however, Kevin Cheung’s upcycling push also carries with it some human elements. Wallpapers that spark memories or come from other countries can turn into wallets that accompany you wherever you go. Jeans become smartphone cases that not only give a warmer and more tactile feel to an otherwise cold object but also fade in unique ways over time. Each object becomes more than just a product for use but a book that tells the story of the humans that have encountered it.

The Viper Watch is a remarkable timepiece with a white-gold serpent and a diamond-studded dial

Almost like a biblical representation of a snake presenting you with the forbidden fruit, the Viper Watch has a serpent wrapped around its dial, hovering immediately above the shimmering diamond embedded in the watch’s center.

Designed by Salvo Lo Cascio along with Fabrizio Torchia of Maecenas Studio, the watch comes encased in a 316L stainless steel body, sandwiched between sapphire crystals on the front as well as on the exhibition back. The watch’s dial comes fabricated from aluminum with a coat of shimmering blue paint which contrasts beautifully against the white gold hands, numbers, indexes, and a beautifully ornate viper that instantly draws your eye to the watch’s magnum opus, the exquisite gemstone located at its center.

Designers: Salvo Lo Cascio & Fabrizio Torchia (Maecenas Studio)

The 12-hour watch features a single hand movement that points at each hour while also giving you a sense of the minutes simply based on its location between two numerals on the dial. The idea, Salvo implies, is to focus more on the watch’s sheer artistic appeal than on purely accurate chronometry. Underneath the dial sits the Viper Watch’s ETA 6497 movement, which Salvo modified with skeletonized gears that are visible through the watch’s exhibition back. As another hat-tip to its reptilian inspiration, the Viper Watch comes with leather straps too, although snake leather would probably really hit the mark. (I’m more of an animal-friendly faux leather person myself, if I’m being entirely honest)

The Viper Watch exists only as a concept right now, although I’m sure Salvo could produce a few units if there’s enough interest from willing buyers. You can follow Salvo Lo Cascio’s work on Instagram and contact him for more information.

This leather card-holder is made just by folding a single piece of leather – no metal rivets, stitches, or glue

With a design that relies on the simple powers of Origami and Kirigami, the One Piece Leather explores how to build products without additive or subtractive design. Armed with just one piece of stamp-cut leather (that’s probably the only subtractive process used in the entire product), designers Hou Shuo and Zhang Xiao have created a compact, minimalist leather card holder with 2 sleeves to separate multiple cards, and even a flap to close the cardholder and prevent objects from falling out.

The cardholder is perhaps the businessperson’s most important accessory. It does two main jobs, hold your own cards that you distribute to others, and hold the cards you receive from other people in the industry. Up until social media allowed people to connect to each other, the card-holder was the most powerful tool to expand your professional network. In a lot of ways, it still is an incredibly powerful piece of EDC, and the One Piece Leather is a rather nifty little product. Made from just one simple stamped piece of leather (ideally you could make it out of denim, Tyvek, canvas, or any other fabric), the One Piece Leather lets you simply fold your card-holder together. It ships flat-packed, making it rather logistically efficient, and engages you as the user, by letting you build your product (where have I heard this strategy before? Oh wait, IKEA!)

The holder’s clever design wraps around itself in a way that lets you segregate your cards by having a separate compartment for the cards you distribute versus the cards you receive… and its compact shape and size means your cardholder easily slips right into your pocket so you can carry it around wherever you go. Besides, the lack of rivets, stitches, and glue makes it pretty cost-effective (in terms of materials used/required and labor costs), and allows it to be more durable and easy to recycle too.

The One Piece Leather is a winner of the Red Dot Design Concept Award for the year 2021.

Here’s why metal wallets are much better than your traditional leather bifolds

Allow me to present an incredibly unlikely comparison that should help me make my point. Leather and animal skins were used to carry water in prehistoric times, dating all the way up until medieval times when people would still use leather hip-flasks and kegs. In the journey to store water, we discovered terracotta, glass, and even perhaps one of the most reliably robust materials yet (after plastic, obviously)… metal. Metal is a far more superior material when it comes to bottles/flasks. It’s easy to fabricate, slim, reliable, strong, doesn’t need maintenance, and it’s waterproof… for those very same reasons, a metal wallet is much more superior to a leather wallet.

Now that we got that history lesson out of the way, metal wallets/card-holders are most certainly the future, although if you’re looking for something with a slight old-timey charm, the PATINA Wallet offers the best of both worlds. With its steampunk-meets-minimal design, the PATINA comes with a slick, robust design that lets you easily carry up to 10 cards and 6 banknotes at a time. Made from a choice between brass and titanium, the PATINA Wallet uses a single sheet of hand-formed metal to store your cards and cash. Its cross-section looks almost like a paperclip, and the way the wallet’s formed lets you tuck your cards on the inside, and your banknotes on the outside, making them easy to access yet storing them securely in a wallet that has a classic appeal while being undeniably modern.

The banknotes move smoothly through the loop chambers by pulling and pushing.

Every card is easily accessible by sliding the cards with your thumbs in one direction.

Swiss handmade.

The wallet starts as a sheet of metal that’s formed in 18 steps with almost no material getting wasted in the process. Its bent-metal construction gives it inherent springiness, allowing outer and inner panels to grip onto your cards and cash securely. The wallet is produced entirely at a Switzerland-based metal workshop with designers Pascal Eberle and Tim Hophan overseeing every aspect of the process, from its design and prototyping, to its final production and quality-checking.

The name PATINA celebrates not just the wallet’s metal construction, but also its leather ancestor. Just the way leather ages over time, the brass PATINA Wallet ages too, gathering scratches and specks and oxidizing over time to become as unique as its user. While the titanium variant doesn’t gather a patina the way its brass counterpart does, it will show minute signs of use over time with constant handling, aging minimally yet gracefully.

Ultimately, designers Pascal Eberle and Tim Hophan hope that their wallet at least creates a conversation if not a complete transition from leather to metal. The brass and titanium wallets weigh 86 and 46 grams respectively (or 0.19 lbs and 0.1 lbs), and measure about the same as a bifold does. However, they’re designed to be much more robust and long-lasting, providing decades of use. The wallets are locally and fairly made, have a minimal carbon impact, and are entirely recyclable (including the packaging). Since they’re made from metal, they’re theoretically RFID-blocking too, giving you an extra layer of protection! The brass variant of the PATINA Wallet is priced at $85, while its titanium counterpart is priced at $97. The wallets ship in environmentally friendly packaging, and for an extra couple of bucks, you can even get your name or a message engraved onto the wallet’s metal body.

How often do you clean/disinfect your wallet and belongings? This self-sanitizing copper wallet keeps itself clean of germs

When was the last time you cleaned your wallet? I’ll answer for myself – never. My wallet’s made of denim, which sort of makes it easier to clean than a leather wallet… but in the 10 years I’ve used this wallet, I’ve never cleaned it. It just isn’t something that occurs to oneself, right? Leather shoes get polished, leather jackets get buffed/waxed, leather wallets? Not as much. In the years that you use the wallet, its leather ages and patinas over time, but it also gets dirty. It touches your hands multiple times a day, rests in your pocket, sits on foreign surfaces, and just is exposed to all the elements… which raises two questions. How do you even clean a leather wallet? Or more appropriately, is leather even the right material for wallets anymore?

The Copper Clean Wallet is a self-sanitizing, antimicrobial copper wallet. Recent studies have shown that copper surfaces kill more than 99.9% of germs and microbes within minutes.

Can carry over 10 cards and 10+ notes without being a thick wallet.

Metal wallets have been around for a bit now. They’re sturdy, sleek, and just last longer than any other flexible wallet made from leather, denim, fabric, Tyvek, or any other synthetic material. They’re usually made out of aluminum, which is cheap and easy to machine, or titanium, which lasts centuries, although it’s slightly on the more expensive side… but I’m here to make the case for a copper wallet. You see, copper as a material is abundantly available and is pretty easy to work with. It has a lovely golden hue to it and perhaps its standout feature – it’s naturally biocidal. Often termed as the ‘oligodynamic effect’, copper has an inherent ability to just dismantle any microorganism, making it naturally anti-microbial. Andrew Becker, the designer of the Copper Clean Wallet, believes that a wallet made out of copper never really needs cleaning because it automatically sanitizes itself on its own… even after years of use.

Weighs in at a mere 3 oz making it both incredibly lightweight and durable.

The Copper Clean Wallet comes with a slick, highly polished exterior, and a spacious interior that holds over 10 cards and 10+ notes without expanding in thickness like a leather wallet. It’s about as thick as an AirPods case, making it perfectly pocket-friendly, and aside from being able to self-disinfect, it blocks RFID too, keeping you safe from digital theft. A simple metal clasp keeps the wallet compact and shut, allowing you to pop it open when you need, and the inside of the wallet is equipped with a bellow-shaped pocket system that fans open when you pop open the wallet, letting you easily access your cards and cash when you need them. The wallet lasts longer than traditional flexible bifolds, and never really needs any maintaining, because it automatically cleans itself!

Snapback’s MagSafe wallet for your iPhone 12 also comes with its dedicated AirTag slot

SnapBack Slim Air MagSafe Wallet for Apple iPhone with AirTag

Designed so you can track your wallet if it ever gets lost (or isn’t attached to your phone), Snapback’s Slim Air wallet is all about giving you the best Apple’s ecosystem has to offer.

It’s sort of baffling that Apple wants you to track your wallet with the AirTag, but doesn’t allow you to track your MagSafe wallet. Sure, the MagSafe wallet’s designed to sit on your iPhone most of the time, but then again, it’s also something you’ll find yourself removing ever so often… especially when you need to wirelessly charge your phone, or if you want to just swiftly use the wallet without taking your entire phone out. By virtue of its slimness, the MagSafe wallet is a convenient alternative to a bifold, but it isn’t trackable… Snapback changes that.

SnapBack Slim Air MagSafe Wallet for Apple iPhone with AirTag

The Snapback Slim Air, which debuted on Kickstarter, comes made from Italian leather and is marginally wider than Apple’s own leather MagSafe card-holder/wallet. It’s large enough to hold 6 cards, a few folded bills, and the pocket on its front was designed specifically to slide an AirTag in, so you can locate the wallet when you’re in a hurry and you can’t find your stuff. It’s worth noting that the presence of an AirTag doesn’t make the wallet ‘anti-theft’ – the thief could easily pop out the cards and leave the wallet and AirTag behind – but it’s convenient if you’re the kind of person to use the wallet independently too (without snapping it to the back of your iPhone 12 every time). The Slim Air, as its name suggests, is a remarkably slick product that’s a perfect alternative to chunky bifolds. Its soft-shell leather design allows you to easily slide it into your pockets too, even without the iPhone.

What Snapback’s Slim Air does is integrate two of Apple’s services into a single product. It relies on MagSafe, a highlight feature of the iPhone 12, while also combining the AirTag into it. Whether you’re someone who enjoys having those two features clubbed together is entirely up to you, but for a small subset of people who just want a wallet they can track (and occasionally snap to the back of their smartphone), the Snapback Slim Air’s quite the pick. The Slim Air wallet comes made in USA, and is available in brown or black. It costs $55 (that’s about 4 bucks cheaper than Apple’s own MagSafe wallet), and you’ll need to buy the AirTag separately.

Still hiding your cash inside your shoes at the beach? This 100% waterproof wallet can go surfing with you!

What’s your accepted method of protecting your belongings when you go to the beach? Do you hide stuff in your sneakers, ask a friend to guard your belongings, or dig a hole in the sand and mark it with some random object? Sounds like a lot of effort, if you ask me… especially if you’re a frequent beachhead or a surfing enthusiast. It’s a problem that avid traveler and digital nomad Ronan Finnegan often found himself having, and determined to find an appropriate solution, Finnegan designed Submerge, a waterproof wallet you don’t need to stash on land, because it can go swimming with you!

Designer: Ronan Finnegan

Click Here to Buy Now: $54 $85 (35% off). Hurry, only 1/618 left!

The Submerge, as its name rightfully suggests, is an entirely waterproof wallet, all the way from its material to even the zips. It’s not shy of the water, which makes it perfect for the outdoors, whether you’re trekking in the rain, skiing in a mild snowfall, sailing, swimming, surfing, or kayaking.

The Submerge ‘ecosystem’ consists of two products, a durable card-holder, and a zippered, IPx8 waterproof wallet that lets you carry the holder along with some currency, an electronic car key, hotel keycard, and other pocket-worthy belongings you may happen to have.

The card-holder comes with a compact design that’s spacious enough to fit up to 10 cards at a time, with dedicated spaces for quick-access cards too. The holder even comes with a complementary RFID-blocking card to keep you safe from digital snooping, and has two hidden pockets for notes, coins, and keys. The card-holder becomes your de facto wallet while you’re outdoors, and the companion waterproof wallet lets you protect your valuables from the elements.

The zippered wallet sports a slick, smooth design that houses the compact card-holder and some more, and can fit into your pocket as is, or be secured to your arm via an arm-band. A double-velcro strap keeps the wallet secured to your person no matter whether you’re on land or in water, and you’ve even got the option of securing it to your waist using a waistband, or to your bag or belt loop using a carabiner clip. The wallet is made from a waterproof TPU material, complete with waterproof YKK zips. The outer material is quick-drying, and has a silky-smooth surface, allowing it to cut through the water efficiently while you swim.

The birth of Submerge seems pretty congruous with the popular adage – ‘necessity is the mother of invention’. Created by travel enthusiast, surfer, product designer, and serial entrepreneur Ronan Finnegan, Submerge aimed at filling a product gap that Finnegan himself experienced as he visited the beach. Tired of finding newfangled ways to protect his wallet and valuables, Finnegan just decided that the best way to keep your belongings safe was to actually ‘keep’ them with you. To that end, the card-holder and wallet are perfect for almost every outdoor venture.

In fact, aside from being durable and waterproof, Submerge’s card-holder and wallet are sustainably made too, with every part being 100% degradable or recyclable. The TPU used in the wallet is degradable and non-toxic, while the card-holder uses a high-quality elastic, and a Vegan-approved faux suede that’s perfectly resistant to water too. The card-holder and wallet can be used independently, or together for the perfect experience, and Submerge’s ecosystem of products also includes a tote bag for your beach trips, the waist strap, carabiners, and also an emergency SOS whistle… because your life’s more valuable than your belongings!

This self-charging smartwatch turns your wrist’s motions into an endless supply of power

Sitting at the intersection between smartwatches and mechanical watches, the Sequent Titanium Elektron offers the best of both worlds – the activity/fitness tracking features of a smartwatch or fitness band, and the accurate time-telling and everlasting power supply of a Swiss-made mechanical watch.

The Titanium Elektron eliminates the one major compromise with most smartwatches – the fact that you have to routinely charge them. It does so by refining and upgrading a technology that has existed in mechanical watches for years but hasn’t really seen mass adoption by tech companies, that have wholly embraced the lithium-ion battery movement. You see, lithium-ion batteries have their obvious merits… they can store and deliver enough power to operate computers and processors, but they need repetitive charging. Moreover, they degrade over time and eventually die, playing right into a tech company’s strategy of planned obsolescence. Watchmakers, on the other hand, design products for life. A good Swiss-made watch can last centuries, can be fixed/repaired, and can be passed down generations. It also requires less power than a smartwatch, hence the mechanical movement – although Switzerland-based company Sequent has found a unique middle-ground. The Titanium Elektron relies on an upgraded version of the traditional mechanical movement, using a moving rotor to generate electrical energy. The rotor moves based on your own wrist movements and on gravity, and harvests small bursts of energy that add up, keeping the watch charged throughout the day. This unique harvesting mechanism uses an 8-part design that works silently, and with 10x more precision than your average Swiss Chronometer. The watch has its own battery-saving mode too, and will automatically power down when not worn, conserving the battery for 12 months. As soon as you wear it, the watch automatically powers on and reflects the current time.

Titanium Elektron Self-Charging Smartwatch + Fitness Tracker by Sequent

Aside from being a marvel of engineering and micro-energy harvesting, the Titanium Elektron is a remarkably well-designed watch too. It comes with an outer body machined from solid titanium, capped on the front as well as the back with scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. The back reveals the watch’s unique rotor design, in the center of which sits its heartbeat sensor that works 24×7, monitoring your vitals, activity, fitness, and your sleep. The Titanium Elektron’s subdial gives you a reading of your current heart rate, while all your fitness data is available on-demand on the watch’s companion app titled Oxygen. The app monitors your activity, workouts, and heart rate, while also allowing you to track sleep and fitness goals all within one comprehensive dashboard. The watch’s face sports a modern minimal design along with SuperLuminova-coated markings and hands. It automatically updates time when you’re crossing time zones (by syncing with your phone), and will even tell you the watch’s battery level by pressing down on the crown.

The Titanium Elektron series are designed and assembled in Switzerland, under the guidance of horology specialists. The collection is available across multiple variants (models with HR mentioned at the end come with the heart-rate meter on the watch-face) including one with a transparent tinted dial that lets you see the Titanium Elektron’s circuitry underneath, and a special all-white variant approved by NASA with the space agency’s monogram in red on the pure-white dial. Each Titanium Elektron timepiece is designed to be waterproof up to 50 meters and comes with a 5-year warranty. Sequent ensures its watches are sustainably made too – aside from the fact that the watches don’t come with large lithium-ion batteries that degrade over time, Sequent pledges to plant 10 trees for each watch sold.

Bellroy released its own premium leather iPhone case + magnetic wallet to rival Apple’s MagSafe accessories

Bellroy Mod Case + Wallet for Apple iPhone 12 Pro

It comes with a beautiful eco-tanned leather exterior to match Apple’s own case + wallet, and even features two unique anti-slide grooves so the magnetic wallet doesn’t slip off when you put your iPhone in your pocket.

The Bellroy Mod Case gives your iPhone an aesthetic and functional makeover, cladding it in a grippy, non-slip leather robe that feels great to the touch, along with a snap-on card wallet that holds as many as 3 cards at a time. Designed to work with the MagSafe feature built into the iPhone 12 and 12 Pro, the case + wallet comes in 4 leather-tanned colors, with a flex polymer bumper around the edge of the case, and a microfiber-lined inner to protect your phone and cards from getting scratched or damaged.

Bellroy Mod Case + Wallet for Apple iPhone 12 Pro

The Mod Case goes beyond Apple’s leather cases with its eco-tanned, full-grain design. It highlights the leather’s wonderful grain, elevating the iPhone with its premium choice of material. The case supports Apple’s other MagSafe accessories including its wireless charger, and is purpose-built to snap on Bellroy’s Mod Wallet. Once snapped in place, the Mod Wallet doesn’t slide around (a problem that occurs with Apple’s own MagSafe accessories). Two anti-slide grooves hold the wallet module in place, allowing you to put your iPhone into your pocket or take it out knowing fully well that your cards are securely attached to your smartphone. The wallet has space for 3 cards in total, including one primary card on the front – accessible through a quick-access slot that lets you slide the card out with your thumb, and two additional cards that go into the wallet’s back, concealed from view.

Bellroy Mod Case + Wallet for Apple iPhone 12 Pro

The Mod Case + Wallet comes in 4 colors – Black, Cobalt, Toffee Brown, and a special Basalt grey with a HeiQ V-Block™ anti-microbial coating. The case and wallet duo cost $89 (that’s $29 less than Apple’s own accessories) and even come with Bellroy’s 3-year warranty.

MagSafe accessories that are the best investments of 2021 for your Apple devices!

The arrival of the iPhone 12 and 12 Pro models was accompanied by the reinvention and return of MagSafe. This lead to a whole new world of accessories being unleashed! Designers and creatives were racing to create a whole range of products for the repurposed MagSafe. And we’ve been loving every bit of it! From an aluminum MagSafe wallet that snaps onto your phone, to a pair of TWS earbuds – there’s a MagSafe accessory out there for your every need. And, we’ve curated a bunch of products that we truly believe are worth buying and investing in. This army of accessories will truly amp up your Apple experience!

The Snapods by Scendo are a pair of TWS Earbuds that come with a flat case that snaps right to the back of your phone. Building wonderfully on the capabilities of the MagSafe feature introduced in the latest iPhones, the Snapods make carrying earphones convenient. Just snap them to the back of your phone and you’ve got yourself a pair of earphones that are easy to store, quick to access, and hard to lose. The case’s design is inspired directly by where it’s located. Made to sit against the back of your phone, the Snapods case comes with a flat, wedge-shaped profile, making it easy to slip your phone into your pocket. The slim case doesn’t just dock the earphones, it charges them too, giving you an impressive 45 hours of playtime.

Meet the Fantom C, a MagSafe wallet designed to complement the Apple iPhone in durability and function. It comes machined from a Cerakoted billet of aluminum. The ceramic coating on the Aluminum makes it tougher and more abrasion-resistant, while a neat carbon-fiber finish on the surface of the wallet gives it a much more reliable and rugged appeal. Designed as a piece of EDC that pairs beautifully with your iPhone 12, the Fantom C gives you a dedicated space to store your cards right on the back of your phone. Magnets on its rear-side allow it to snap to the iPhone with a satisfying click, and at 0.31 inches (8 mm) thick, it’s marginally thicker than Apple’s own MagSafe wallet, but then again, the Fantom C is also capable of much more.

Moment, the Seattle-based accessories company specializing in phone camera gear has created a bunch of iPhone 12 series accessories that inherently have some kind of camera utility. There’s a whole bunch of cases, tripod mounts, and car vent mounts with MagSafe compatibility that add to the functionality of your Apple phone. First up, the cases come in two broader variations – a thinner version for better ergonomic feel in hand and the other, a more rugged one for more protection in event of accidental drops. All these cases have wrist strap loops and can endure a 6-foot drop. The cases priced at around $50 are compatible with the M-Series Moment lens system and they also work with the Moment Mounts. For photography addicts, Moment has a lineup of Tripod Mounts that have a very strong magnetic system for extra strength. These mounts work even without the case and are compatible with ¼-inch to 20-inch tripods, so you are good to go with any tripod.

The CLIP is a wireless power bank designed to snap onto the back of your phone either using MagSafe (for newer iPhone models) or using an adhesive clip (for older iPhones and Android devices). In doing so, the device aligns with the smartphone’s wireless charging coil, allowing it to charge the phone’s battery on the fly, without any cables. However, the CLIP doesn’t just add an extra external battery to the back of your phone, it also adds a kickstand that can be used in both landscape and portable formats. A metal component (shaped sort of like a carabiner clip) wraps around the power bank and can be opened out to let you prop your phone vertically or horizontally while it’s charging.

I wouldn’t outright call Grovemade old-fashioned, but rather I’d say their work is a confluence of sensibilities and materials. Primarily relying on wood and metal to craft their products, Grovemade’s designs boast of an old-world charm that’s also intertwined with modern minimalism. Take for instance the Wood MagSafe Stand, available in both Walnut and Maple variants. The stand, which sports a wooden halo mounted on a steel base, allows you to slip your iPhone MagSafe wireless charger in, routing the cable from the bottom. It then gives your iPhone 12 a nice, wooden armchair to hang out on, letting you rest it in either landscape or portrait while it charges.

The return of MagSafe has unleashed the creatives and accessory companies are racing to make the most of this feature. Front of the race is Belkin’s MagSafe Car Vent Mount PRO for iPhone 12 that lets you safely mount your iPhone 12 and keep it in your view – be it landscape or portrait mode. Best of all, the powerful magnet offers a seamless, one-handed use that keeps you driving stress-free!

Modeled on the concept of the MagSafe charger, the MagRig works with all Thunderbolt 3 and USB-C devices, which means not only does it bring the magnetic charging port back to the MacBook, it also works with the iPad Pro, most Android phones, the Nintendo Switch, and any device that use a Type-C connector. The two-part adapter attaches itself to both the port as well as the jack, giving you the satisfying magnetic click whenever you plug a device in. The magnetic connection even helps prevent damage caused by accidental cable tugs. Instead of your phone, iPad, or laptop flying right off the table because your dog snagged the wire while running around the house, the MagRig detaches with graceful choreography, keeping your gadgets safe from physical damage.

With a 100% recycled plastic body and a lifetime warranty, the Gomi Wireless Mag Charger helps reduce plastic waste as well as e-waste. UK-based sustainable design studio Gomi first hit the airwaves back in 2019 with its Bluetooth speaker designed entirely out of plastic waste. The company sought to exclusively use non-recyclable plastics (single-use plastic bags, bubble wrap, etc.) that would otherwise be dumped in oceans, sent to landfills, or incinerated. Working together with small businesses, global corporations, and recycling plants, Gomi developed a way to reuse this non-recyclable plastic as a raw material. Using the natural color variation between the different plastic products, the molding process helped create a marbled pattern that was unique to each device, allowing Gomi to effectively recycle the plastic and upscale it into a wonderful product.

Vulcan isn’t a replacement for wireless charging but is just a remarkably better cable with truly unique features that are designed to work universally across all your devices. Designed to power everything from your Xbox controller to your laptop, the Vulcan cable comes with the ability to deliver up to 100W of power and connects to your devices using a series of magnetic pins. Just plug these magnetic pins into the charging ports of your devices, and they create an interface for Vulcan to snap to, quite like the MagSafe connectors you’d see in MacBooks from before 2016. Different magnetic pins allow you to connect the same cable to a variety of devices. MicroUSB pins work perfectly for gaming controllers and Bluetooth speakers, while the Lightning pin lets you charge the iPhone and your AirPods.

The Belkin BOOST↑CHARGE PRO MagSafe 3-in-1 Wireless Charger charges all of your Apple devices in one go! You can use this super fast magnetic stand to charge your iPhone, Airpods and even your Apple Watch simultaneously. Amped with a clean and modern look, this MagSafe accessory provides a wireless charge of up to 15W. Quite fast, no?
