Literally reading the time

cloudnola_texttime_layout

Quirky, and extremely elongated, the Texttime clock by Cloudnola has a pleasant demeanor as it literally tells you the time. Not in numbers, but rather in the form of a sentence!

Designed with a silent flip-board mechanism on the inside, individual cards give you a reading of what the time is by literally spelling it out. The long, flipboard layout helps the clock spell out words like “It’s Eleven : Thirty Two”, an experience that would require a decent amount of horizontal space. Available in black plastic, or a more charming bamboo exterior, the Texttime clocks can either be placed on desks or mounted on walls, and run on a simple AA battery.
