Revolutionizing Coffee Brewing with Centrifugal Extraction and Precision Control Technology

The term “revolutionary” is often overused whenever a new product is announced. However, it’s rare for a product to live up to such a label truly. One that does is the iPhone, and the reasons for this are well-known. The coffee brewing machine industry is a significant global market. In 2020, it was valued at approximately $6.36 billion and is projected to grow annually by 7% from 2021 to 2028. The Keurig coffee maker is the most popular machine so far, and it is known for its convenience and wide variety of flavors. But if you desire more than a quick cup of coffee or yearn for a variety of flavors that extend beyond a pod, the KUKU Maker is for you. It’s a revolutionary machine that combines high-tech brewing and extraction features with the satisfying experience of old-school hand-poured coffee. Let’s delve into the details, making it the most innovative coffee maker ever.

The KUKU Maker allows for customized extraction parameters, giving you complete control of the extraction pressure, temperature, grind fineness, and extraction time. The outcome for traditionalists ensures their needs are met if not exceeded. Still, modern coffee brewers can’t even come close to achieving this for the adventurist looking to boldly brew into new territories.

KUKU Maker uses centrifugal force to generate pressure, which makes it possible to maintain a stable extraction pressure throughout the extraction process, regardless of the state of other parameters.

Streamlining the coffee-making process and brewing great tasting coffee is what the KUKU Maker does best. You no longer have to manually prepare the coffee puck or invest in extra resources for even water flow through the coffee grounds. This is due to the machine’s use of centrifugal force to distribute the coffee powder along the funnel’s wall. There’s an open water chamber and a funnel for coffee powder, which can be removed. The funnel rotates at high speed, pulling water from the chamber into the funnel. This creates pressure through centrifugal force. During brewing, the water rises into the funnel from the high-speed rotation, passing through the coffee powder evenly due to centrifugal force. This automation removes the need for manual tasks like tamping down the coffee grounds, preventing issues such as channeling, and ensuring a more consistent coffee extraction process.

You have the flexibility to use ice water or room temperature water directly for extraction, or you can employ KUKU Maker to swiftly heat room temperature water to your desired temperature before initiating the extraction process.

The size of the coffee grinds plays a vital role in the coffee-making process as it affects the amount of time the water interacts with the coffee grounds, ultimately impacting the brew’s flavor. For instance, coarser grinds are best suited for methods requiring longer extraction time, such as the French press or cold brew. The larger particle size allows the water to extract the coffee slowly over several minutes, resulting in a well-balanced and flavorful brew. On the other hand, a finer grind is ideal for an espresso or a Moka pot, where the water passes through the coffee quickly under high pressure. This rapid extraction process requires smaller coffee particles to ensure that the water can extract the coffee’s flavors efficiently. With the KUKU Maker, you can effortlessly adjust the grind size to match your preferred brewing method and taste preference.

Another way to assert your control over how your coffee tastes is to customize the size of the coffee grinds from very fine to very coarse. You can adjust each setting separately, so changing one won’t affect the others. Varying the temperature and pressure settings allows you to experiment with the grind size to bring out different flavors in your coffee. So, even if you don’t get the grind size right, you still have a tasty cup of coffee and experience new flavors.

Room Temperature Espresso

Between the tangy and sweet extremes, there’s a world of flavors to explore, such as floral, nutty, or earthy notes. The ability to adjust multiple parameters with the KUKU Maker opens up a world of possibilities, letting you craft a coffee experience that is uniquely yours. These flavors are improved by a brushless motor and intelligent software that control the extraction pressure. The pressure can be altered simply by adjusting the motor speed. Furthermore, you can select the desired rotations per minute (RPM) during extraction, ranging from 3000 to 7000 RPM. The motor will immediately adjust its speed to match your selection.

The KUKU Maker is a multifunctional coffee device that can quickly make not only cold-brew coffee but also cold-brew espresso.

The temperature of coffee extraction affects its flavor and aroma. Cold brew coffee is made using lower temperatures and longer extraction times. It is prepared by immersing ground coffee in cold water for 12 to 24 hours. KUKU Maker can make a cold brew in just two minutes using ice water. Alternatively, you can use room-temperature water for extraction or heat the water to your preferred temperature using electromagnetic induction heating technology. This advanced method allows you to brew the perfect espresso in under 50 seconds with 60 ml of water. If you prefer an Americano, heating 300 ml of water takes about 4 minutes.

The KUKU Maker offers a unique way to control the strength of your coffee. Using cyclic extraction, you can adjust the water flow through the coffee powder to personalize your coffee experience. This machine provides flexibility for adjusting the concentration of your coffee grounds, allowing you to brew a perfect cup to suit your taste. Cleaning the KUKU Maker is a straightforward process. Start by pouring about 100ml of water into the water chamber. Set a cup on the drip tray to collect the rinse water. Activate the machine’s toggle or select the clean button on the KUKU Maker APP to start the auto-cleaning mode. Within 20 seconds, any lingering stains will be rinsed out through the spout. Your KUKU Maker is now clean and ready for your next coffee brewing session.

Unlike traditional espresso machines, the KUKU Maker is easy to maintain. Conventional machines often require frequent cleaning and part replacements, particularly the brewing head, which is crucial for coffee extraction. Over time, you might need to replace small parts like the rubber ring to avoid clogging and potential taste issues. Cleaning out the Coffee grounds is relatively quick and simple since they’re only contained in the removable powder funnel, not the water chamber. Its minimalistic design, featuring only a coffee dispensing spout, reduces the chances of breakdowns. Therefore, it requires less upkeep than traditional coffee makers. Its body is made from corrosion-resistant, food-grade stainless steel and aluminum alloy, and it is IP65-rated to protect its electronic components from damage in humid environments. The machine also features a multiple Hall sensor solution with sealed Hall switches for durability. Additionally, it has a hidden display to reveal information during operation, designed to prevent damage from humidity or impact.

XBox Series S Toaster: When You Like Your Games Burnt

Because there’s probably a diehard XBox fan out there that’s always dreamed of an XBox themed toaster, the gaming giant decided to make their dream a reality with this XBox Series S 2 Slice Toaster. The toaster looks just like the gaming console, and even toasts the XBox logo right on your bread! Mmmm, XBread. Breakfast is a game I will always play.

The unit features an extra wide bread receptacle capable of accommodating bagels, frozen waffles, Texas toast, and English muffins, and has 6 browning settings to perfectly dial in your level of burntness. Me? I like my toast a nice medium brown, right in the middle between raw bread and carbonized.

Is Sony going to follow suit with a Playstation toaster? One can only hope. Although if I had any say in the matter I’d suggest they make it an air fryer instead. Those things are magic! Cooking salmon? Reheating pizza? They can do it all! My actual Playstation can’t even make a decent grilled cheese.

BORA X BO smart steam oven makes cooking feel like a chore

Many fitness gurus will say that the first and hardest battle in staying healthy and fit happens in the kitchen. Everyone knows that they should eat healthily, but very few know how to proceed from there. Preparing your own food is the most recommended way to keep tabs on what you eat, and that’s where most of us stop because of the work involved. Short of a Star Trek replicator or a robot that could actually make the food for us, most of us will probably settle for a cooking appliance that will at least take care of most of the other chores for us, like cleaning the oven or stove. BORA’s latest darling, the BORA X BO flex oven, comes close to being that dream smart oven, automating and taking care of many parts of the cooking process, leaving you free to focus on preparing and then enjoying your healthy dish.

Designer: BORA

Cooking is a multi-step process that may feel overwhelming for some, especially when they think about the cleanup they have to do afterward. Ovens, in particular, are notorious for being hard to clean, especially to get rid of odors. Keeping tabs on the food’s temperature and making sure you don’t stink up the whole house are tiring jobs in themselves, and you’ll be forgiven if you wished that ovens were smart enough to do that themselves. The BORA X BO is, thankfully, and it makes the cooking process a lot less burdensome, especially for the parts you might have taken for granted.

The BORA X BO can be as simple or as complicated as you’d like or need, scaling to users of different skill levels. All its operations are driven by a bright and colorful 19-inch touch display on top, including setting food preferences, looking up recipes, or manually tweaking each and every possible option there is. Or you could set it to automatic and let the oven do the heavy lifting for you. With so many features, you might easily feel overwhelmed, but you can customize the screen and rearrange things to fit our workflow. You can also search for settings and features using the on-screen keyboard, which is faster than tapping and swiping through menus. And since very few people actually read paper manuals, BORA included an animated guide right on the screen.

The oven supports plenty of cooking methods and recipes, but its intelligence and convenience go beyond the direct act of cooking. Worried that you didn’t stick the thermometer properly into your meat? The four points on the metal probe each have their own sensor, so you won’t have to fret over that. Worried that opening the oven door will suddenly flood your vision with steam and your kitchen with fish odor? BORA X BO will extract all the steam and filter the odor before you can even open the door. Want to make sure nobody accidentally touches the oven or its settings while you go walk the dog? Leave a message on the large screen for everyone to read.

The BORA X BO also takes care of the most dreaded post-cooking task of all, cleaning. Put in the recyclable two-chamber cleaning cartridge, tap the cleaning function, and step back to watch the oven do its magic. It sprays and spins water and cleaning material around its stainless steel interior and automatically drains and dries it afterward, so you won’t have to lift a finger except to take out the single-use cleaning cartridge. Cleaning an oven has never been that easy or effortless.

The flex oven stands out not just in features but also in its handsome looks, its black panels and tinted front panel providing a sharp contrast against other fixtures in any kitchen. Multi-level LED lighting lets you see the food inside as they are, despite the tinted panel, helping remove the guesswork and ease worries about the dish’s state. While steam ovens have been around for years, the BORA X BO gives the cooking appliance a much-needed upgrade, making cooking almost as easy as using your phone.

Multi-function Cooking Pot works as a hotpot, frying pan, and griller in one

K Deng Multi-function Cooking Pot Design

Electric cooking pots have become more prevalent in recent years for their ease. They’re not just popular among dormers and condo dwellers as more people have started to use them.

Cooking pots are also used in restaurants where you must cook your own food. They are usually found in Japanese and Korean restos, but since it’s still a pandemic, many people have purchased their own to enjoy shabu-shabu or samgyupsal feasting at home. The multi-functional cooking pot you see here is simply a concept. We like the idea of a modular system as it’s not just a cooking pot. It also works as a griller, frying pan, and food warmer in one.

Designer: K Deng (Z WAVE DESIGN)

K Deng Multi-function Cooking Pot Concept

Product Concept Multi-function Cooking Pot

The cooking pot is modular and comes with a hot plate, a hot pot, and a frying pan. You can interchange the parts to suit your every cooking need. What makes this more interesting are the fun and fresh colors. You can have the cooking pot in either beige or mint blue. Both colors make cooking more fun at home.

The multi-function cooking pot goes beyond its cooking function. Its aesthetics make it ideal for placing in your all-white and super clean kitchen. It’s very minimalist with its clean lines and smooth edges. The orange knobs, handles, and display provide the perfect contrast.

K Deng Multi-function Cooking Pot Details

The electric cooking pot is ideal for those who live in tiny homes. However, this may benefit more those who live in condos and small apartments where there isn’t enough kitchen counter space. You don’t need to buy a lot of pans and pans because this multi-function cooking pot will be enough.

Looking at the other works of the designer, K Deng has introduced new designs for everyday household items like a speaker system, camera, earbuds, electric fan, hairdryer, hair clipper, and air conditioner. The designer wants to improve on the products we often use at home. Z WAVE DESIGN’s other works are also reinvented kitchen appliances like a range hood and a modular kitchen system.

Concept Multi-function Cooking Pot

We have featured a number of similar electric pots before. There’s the Portable Electric Pot designed by Yunsoo Choi. The WAMP camping cooking pot is ideal for your adventure trips. There are already plenty of kitchen appliances designed to improve your cooking experiments and adventures. Most of them can help you cook Master Chef-worthy cuisines and delicacies. We still want to see the Barbecue Nx Smart Grill concept become a reality someday.

Barbecue Nx Smart Grill concept makes grilling more efficient, mess-free, and organized

Barbecue Nx Smart Grill

Apart from getting fit and healthy by finally doing exercise this year, there is another thing you can do: eat healthily. You can start by actually learning to cook your own food.

One of the easiest cooking methods is grilling. For some, it can be complicated but the Barbecue Nx Smart Grill concept aims to deliver a more convenient grilling experience. A seamless one is possible especially for those who want to hold barbecue parties with family and friends or simply get started with cooking and eating healthier choices.

Designer: Swapnil Yeutkar

Barbecue Nx Smart Grill Outdoors

The smart grill concept has been designed by Swapnil Yeutkar who is a Product Designer for Whirlpool India. It’s only an idea but the Barbecue Nx has the potential to be big when it becomes a reality. It goes beyond its stylish form but it doesn’t look anything like the common grills we see in the market.

Barbecue Nx Smart Grill How To Operate

At first glance, it looks like a huge air fryer or a small electric oven. In another angle, it appears like an oven toaster. It’s a grilling machine that allows a more efficient grilling with unique low smoke technology. A centrifugal fan helps in grilling so everything is efficient. It’s what powers the grill and sends out air to the chimney via two input manifolds. There is a fire plate that ignites the fire gel as described by the design. This makes the machine ready to grill in just five minutes.

Barbecue Nx Smart Grill How It Works

Underneath is a chimney, topped by the grill that can be separated and easily cleaned. The grill surface reduces sticking off food. The separate design makes it user-friendly for cooking vegetables and non-veggie at once. There is a small center place that allows a more smoky flavor if you prefer that.

Barbecue Nx Smart Grill Design

The bubble design chimney has holes that can keep the grill cool while grilling. The bubble cap keeps the meat fat from calling on the coal. This makes the grill anti-fire, reducing the risk of burning food. To control smoke while grilling, the sliding air vents can do the job right. To control the heat zone, there is a smart display with a fan regulator. The display can show a timer so you don’t forget that you’re grilling something.

Barbecue Nx Smart Grill Functions

The aesthetics of the barbecue grill can match modern interiors. But it really goes beyond the style. It’s functional especially with the integrated storage so it won’t be messy when you’re grilling. You can also keep your cooking oil and sauces inside.

There is an extra space though to keep your cooking tools hot and secure. This makes it safe for everyone. Another drawer lets you store essential tools. Another one allows you to marinate food before grilling. This is a modular grill so you can use two separate grills that are also easy to clean.

Barbecue Nx Smart Grill Home

Barbecue Nx Smart Grill Use

Grilling is satisfying but it can be messy at times. The Barbecue Nx has been designed to keep you organized especially when outdoors. Its compact size makes it portable so you can easily bring it to your backyard for the usual Sunday barbecue with the family or when going camping with your friends.

This Smeg-inspired toaster interprets design motifs from 1950’s kitchen appliances!

Alejandra Gutiérrez Rincón’s kitchenware rendering envisions a gleaming red toaster conceptualized using Smeg’s design language and in the style of 1950s kitchen appliances.

Kitchen appliances were different in the 50s. Today, they bleed nostalgia. From the curves of their glossy finishes to the polish of their stainless steel elements, kitchen appliances from the 50s remain an inspiration for contemporary designers. Spurred by the innovative design of 50s kitchenware, designer Alejandra Gutiérrez Rincón conceptualized a toaster using the design language of Smeg, an Italian home appliance manufacturer, along with design motifs from the bygone era of the 50s.

A piece of home decor and a kitchen appliance, Smeg products tend to give kitchens a whole lot of personality. Gutiérrez Rincón’s toaster design maintains a simple control panel in a similar fashion to related Smeg products and gleams with a polished finish reminiscent of 50s household appliances. From its base, Gutiérrez Rincón’s toaster is conceptualized with stainless steel legs that slightly raise the toaster from the kitchen counter.

Rounding out its short-legged base, a reflective red aluminum finish gives the toaster a bright, energetic profile. Along the side, users can find the toaster’s control panel that features a sliding knob that allows users to change the timing of the toaster, while small buttons give users options to heat, defrost, power off, or toast. Finally, Gutiérrez Rincón’s toaster features front-facing loading trays for a clever twist on the traditional toaster’s build.

Top 10 Kitchen Appliances of 2021!

Before the pandemic took place, cooking was a chore I completely avoided! But now, I honestly find it quite therapeutic! The pandemic, and all the free time that came along with it, somehow awakened my inner chef! I’m sure a lot of other inner chefs were brought to life as well. Especially with the right kitchen tools and appliances, cooking can be a fun and effortless process. The right products can reduce your prep time in half, make the little cooking tasks much easier, and help you with tedious and complicated techniques. This collection of kitchen appliances promises to transform cooking from a Herculean feat to an approachable and enjoyable process! Let your inner chef take over with the help of these innovative and nifty designs!

1. Carnerie

Turner designed Carnerie – a conceptual device that will let you grow your own meat in the future! Cultured meat is the process of growing meat from cells extracted from animals. Many experts believe that cultured meat offers us the opportunity to produce meat with significantly reduced environmental impacts and without slaughtering animals. The technology is being rapidly developed across the world and is beginning to be introduced to some high-end restaurants but there has been discussion about whether one day we may be able to grow our own meat from animal cells in our own kitchens. Carnerie is a ‘grow your own meat’ device for around twenty years in the future. It is controlled by an app, whereby the user is able to order cell capsules from local farms in order to grow a variety of different types of meat. This conceptual, speculative project is designed to help us visualize what this future scenario could be like and whether it’s a future that we would buy into.

2. The Gevi

In about the same number of steps it takes you to make coffee from a Nespresso or Keurig, the Gevi gives you a cup of coffee that’s brewed directly from freshly-ground beans… and it all lies in the appliance’s sleek, 2-in-1 design. At first glance, the Gevi doesn’t look like your conventional 2-in-1 coffee maker. Those are much bulkier, and look industrial, while Gevi has a sleek, slim appearance to it. On the inside, however, the Gevi can both grind as well as brew your coffee beans… and it can weigh the beans out beforehand too, resulting in a well-calibrated brew that’s just right.

3. Groundfridge

Cellars have been used across the ages to store food or even act like bunker houses in case of natural disasters. Groundfridge takes that design one step further by adding fresh food refrigeration to the game. The trick used by Groundfridge is by utilizing the natural insulating capacity of the ground and the cooler night air temperatures. The balance of this design allows you to store your vegetables, fruits, cheese, and even wine throughout the year. Ventilating this project uses a fan with a timer that replenishes the cool air during the night. Too hot for comfort? An additional cooler can be used to power it during the hottest summer days. “The Groundfridge is dug in and covered with the excavated soil from its new location. This covering layer of soil is about 1 meter thick and has good insulating properties for the core temperature within the Groundfridge to barely vary. Furthermore, your Groundfridge is fitted with a ventilator.”

4. Cook Nook

Non-electric toaster and oven combos have struck their brilliance with the outdoorsy, the gas-powered Cook Nook presents an added advantage with a stove. There is so much one can do with the non-electric toaster, stove, and oven combo. It can be used for making toasts, roasting chicken, baking cake and even preparing a meal when electricity isn’t a luxury. So, when stepping into the wilderness, a portable and lightweight gas-operated toaster, oven, the stove is the icing on the cake since it opens up possibilities for a great treat for a large family or friends gathering with the choice of pizzas, cookies, and other delicious.

5. The B Point

That plastic kettle sitting on our kitchen counter probably looks like something from a time capsule compared to all the other appliances that have gotten design makeovers. Finally, it is the kettle’s turn and the B POINT shows it all off. It features a touch interface that instantly gets the appliance up to speed with others and lets the user form a more organic connection with it. The circular display has two rings – the outer ring shows the temperature and the inner ring shows the water level inside. Countdown starts after setting the water temperature and will beep once it is ready! The choice of CMF really elevates the simple appliance into an aesthetic product that you can display proudly on your kitchen counter.

6. Decker

decker3

Decker is an all-electric appliance so grilling on it is devoid of fossil fuels like coal. It creates a smokeless experience which is perfect for an urban kitchen or a balcony. Young millennials and Gen Z have little access to the experience of cooking food on a grill. Using a BBQ grill indoors only creates a fire hazard but most living quarters don’t allow them because of the smoke and soot which can be bothersome in cities where people are often living too close to one another. The team elaborates, “We created a clear yet functional UI that displays options as and when the functionalities are selected. The display screen is a hi-definition OLED display that is touch-sensitive with multi-touch as well as provides haptic feedback to the option selected.

7. MY Idra Bottle

The bottle’s clever design focuses on three really important elements/innovations. For starters, the MY Idra bottle is entirely plastics-free and is designed to last forever even with constant use. On the outside, the MY Idra comes with a double-layered stainless steel and glass construction. The 18/8 stainless steel enclosure houses the unpurified water, which trickles through the MY Idra’s filter, dripping gradually into and filling up the transparent glass cup below. The second and most noteworthy bit of innovation lies in MY Idra’s filter, a unique, everlasting little porous ceramic puck that can both filter as well as mineralize the water.

8. The ONE BRUSH

Designed to look less like something you’d pick up from Target and more like a design-driven object from Alessi, the ONE BRUSH conveniently combines modern aesthetics with research-driven functionality and adds a dash of sustainable thinking. The brush sports a thick, well-weighted design that looks less plastic and more premium, as it sits magnetically attached to the side of your kitchen sink. The ergonomic grip makes it comfortable to hold, while the tilted bristles give you the right gripping angle to easily soap and scrub your dishes.

9. Lapitec Chef

The induction cooking system is seamless and very easy to operate. All you have to do is place the Lapitec Chef silicone mat on your worktop to activate the touch controls and switch on the system. The mat is key, without it the induction unit and controls will be inactive and the worktop is like any other kitchen counter only distinguished only by small engravings that align with the mat’s controls. Lapitec Chef allows for easy cleaning and storage so the counter can be used for other activities like preparing food, plating dishes, and hosting social occasions. Interestingly, Lapitec is a 100% sintered stone and it is also non-porous, non-absorbent as well as resistant to chemicals which makes it ideal for both indoor and outdoor kitchens. You can choose to have either two or four cooking rings for your induction system.

10. Magnetic Kitchen Countertop

In small studio apartments, the kitchen unintentionally becomes the center of attention due to this and the magnetic kitchen proposed by Juliana sets things right in the most subtle way. The one square meter magnetic panel seen here is fixed to the wall and acts as the base for the compact countertop that has a cutting board that doubles as a folding sink (or vice versa) and of course the magnetic properties to keep all the utensils in place. The sink can be concealed from plain sight to increase the kitchen’s working space and used as a cutting board for random use. Anything that sticks to a magnet can be put up on the vertical section – things like spoons, forks, pans, induction cooktop, oven, or custom-made shelves which further hold the plates and other non-magnetic objects.

Balance, a plant cultivator designed by Designer Dot, is designed for those of us who’d like access to a personal supply of fresh produce at home without the hassle of tending to a garden day-in, day-out. When creating Balance, the team at Designer Dot sought to conceptualize an at-home plant cultivator that’s compact enough to fit into any modern kitchen and inconspicuous in its minimalist design to adapt to any interior design scheme. Stocked similarly to most plant cultivators, Balance comes with pull-out drawers that contain pods and sprout cavities for produce and crops to germinate from and grow. Besides its warm and soft aesthetics, the toaster also features a browning dial, allowing you to prepare your toast just the way you like it. You can even place the thicker slices of bread on the toasting vent to crisp them up even better! It is available in three interesting colors – EU Grey, EU Blue, and EU Yellow. The artistic and aesthetic toaster adds an element of Japandi-style minimalism to your kitchen.

6. Hoto

Hoto is a smart kitchen scale for the modern home that scales down its control panel to a single interactive knob and connects other Hoto users from across the world together via an accompanying social media channel. Zheng’s smart kitchen scale, Hoto, is minimal by design, adorned with not much more than stainless steel controls and a polished, reflective sheen. The scale scales back on the number of controls and buttons, consolidating every control into one interactive knob that functions as the scale’s, power sensor, weight dial, and net-zero button.

7. The Qterra Craft

As portable as an ordinary Starbucks travel mug, the Qterra Craft is designed to give you coffee so fresh you’ll feel like it was brewed right inside it… and you’d be right! The Qterra Craft is a pretty clever little device, giving you the freshest coffee or tea—even while you’re traveling—by simply brewing it on the spot. The mug comes with a lid that holds tea leaves or coffee grounds in a telescopic Q-Brew Basket that extends downwards into the vessel when the lid is twisted. Fill the vessel with piping hot water and twist the lid just minutes before you actually want your beverage. Then twist the lid when you’re done and the used leaves or grounds ascend back into the lid, secured with an air-tight seal. Effectively, your freshly brewed coffee just requires two twists… but there’s one more twist to come!

8. Cenga

Piled together like a Jenga tower, Cenga is a handmade modular coffee set conceptualized by a team of designers to bring home everything you’d find in a cafe. Starting from the top of Cenga, a grinder for coffee beans funnels the grounds into a dripper before heating up some water and dripping that into a canister to serve. Inspired by the stacking method of Jenga blocks, the team of designers combined that with a modular build to optimize the product’s storability and portability.

9. The KitchenAid Spiralizer Plus Attachment

The KitchenAid Spiralizer Plus Attachment is the ultimate kitchen appliance to slice, peel, and core fruits and vegetables. You can use it to work with a variety of foods – from zucchini and beets to pears and apples! The appliance has been amped with seven blades, to cut and slice your fresh produce perfectly. Three slicing blades and a peeling blade are also provided with the product. The KitchenAid’s metal form ensures that it is durable, long-lasting, and sturdy.

10. Hu-Kuo

Comprised of a carrying case, tea bowl, and three teacups, Hu-Kou comes with everything you might need for an excellent cup of tea. Specifically molded to feel ergonomic by design, Hu-Kou’s tea bowl is shaped like a triangle with a built-in spout that allows users to pour tea directly from the bowl without having to remove the lid beforehand. Fit within a silicone carrying case, Hu-Kou’s stylish case comes with a shoulder strap so it’s even easier to bring tea on the go. The carrying case keeps enough space to fit the main tea bowl in addition to three teacups. The teacups are also triangular in shape to complement the tea bowl, giving the set as a whole a more uniform feel.

This air fryer and grill is compact, sleek, and lets you watch the oddly-satisfying process!

If 2020 and 2021 had a trending kitchen appliance, air fryers would reign supreme. Current air fryers on the market are bulky and made for cooking food that would suffice three or more people at a time. Just like rice cookers, there are no air fryers for one person or designs that look better on your countertop. Stark Lee noticed this gap and designed the Air Fryer cup to bridge it with more features and a visual makeover!

The Air Fryer cup is more compact, sleeker, and comes with a glass cloche that lets you enjoy watching your food evolve into fried goodness! Best part? It also comes with a grill so you can now do Korean barbeque nights for one! The product is designed in a way that it will be easier to clean when compared to current air fryers and also look classy if you want to leave it on your countertop. It almost looks as if Apple made this kitchen appliance…

It can make fried chicken in 25 mins and a fried fillet of fish in 15 mins. You can also use it to make popcorn and actually watch it pop, unlike the microwave bags or the movie theater machines! The Air Fryer cup also comes with a grilling plate – a feature that sets it apart from the competition – which is perfect for smaller quantities or for one-person households.

It has a 6mm thick cloche made of high borosilicate glass and a unique tetrapod-shaped handle that makes the grip a whole lot better. Air Fryer Cup has a touch interface that is intuitive and easy to use – a power button, temperature display, minimal icons to change the temperature, a timer, and a choice between fryer or grill mode. This is the air fryer we WANT for Christmas!
