I’ve seen enough true crime shows and thriller mystery movies that are set in a cruise ship or a luxury yacht for me to have any dream of going aboard one. But when I look at the designs of luxury ships and imagine spending time there (without a killer on the loose), I can definitely understand the appeal. This new gigayacht from Dutch studio Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design has one particular feature that might make me reconsider about going on board given the chance.

Inspire is a massive 454-foot gigayacht with bold, architectural lines, a reverse bow and a lot of glass on board. This gives you the feeling of luxury, a lot of natural light, and a great view of the sea outside. The glue-green hue finish of the hull makes it seemingly part of the sky and the sea. The yacht has six decks and can accomodate 22 guests and 52 crew members, with the top deck alone spanning 3,000 square feet of living space.
All six decks are filled with different beautiful spaces. You have a primary suite, a glass-enclosed lounge with a winter garden, an outdoor terrace, eight guest cabins, two VIP suites with fold-out balconies, a circular restaurant, an exterior desk for alfresco dining, an indoor-outdoor lounge with a fireplace. At the lower levels you get a beach deck with a wellness center, a swim platform, and a blue-hole swimming pool with a glass bottom.
But one of the major attractions of this superyacht is the Nemo lounge which is around 16 feet below the water’s edge. You will be able to see all the surrounding wonders of marine life without having to actually dive below. As someone who doesn’t dive but wants to see all the fishes and corals, this is definitely something I’d want to try out given the chance.

Say hello to the Golde House – this is probably the most exclusive tiny home in the world. It features a stunning mirrored gold glass finish and a luxurious interior that truly impresses. And it even has a price tag that impresses, the home is priced at US$250,000. Designed by the Estonian designer ÖÖD, the home features a simple rectangular form and has an exquisite finish of golden-shimmery glass which was commissioned specially for it. The rear of the home also features some wooden cladding.
The home features a length of 25 ft (7.9 m), and 10 ft (3.3 m). It occupies a floor space of 283 sq ft (26.3 sq m), and most of this space is taken by a big multipurpose room which is light-filled and quite airy. The glass ensures that light streams in through the entirety of the day, creating a space that feels warm and blissful. The home also incorporates certain high-end additions like oak paneling, underfloor heating, and gold-covering fittings and flourishes. The multipurpose room includes some seating and a coffee table, while the kitchen is placed to its right. The kitchen is pretty compact, and it features a gold-colored sink, fridge, and some cabinetry. The other end of the seating section holds the bedroom, which includes a double bed and a large storage unit.
The Golden Home also includes a bathroom which can be entered from the kitchen. The bathroom incorporates a wall-mounted flushing toilet, sink, shower, and some storage space. The shower provides lovely views of the outside but is protected from curious eyes on account of the mirrored glass finish.
The Golden House is powered by a standard RV-style hookup, but it can be updated with a full off-the-grid setup including solar panels. The house has limited production, and only 79 units will be created. 30 units are destined to be sold in Europe and the United States, while the remaining units are headed for the Middle East and elsewhere.

This new development is a collaborative effort between Porsche Design (carmaker’s luxury goods sub-brand) and Ananda Development, with the aim of creating an ultra-luxury living experience in the heart of Thailand’s bustling capital. Standing 95 meters tall, the 21-story tower is set to feature 22 exclusive duplex and quadplex apartments, each promising to embody the essence of Porsche’s design philosophy.
The tower’s design is as striking as one would expect from a brand synonymous with cutting-edge automotive design. The building’s facade is sleek and modern, with a spiral ramp at its center, reminiscent of the winding roads often navigated by Porsche’s high-performance vehicles. This ramp not only serves as a striking architectural feature but also leads to communal garages within the building, which Porsche has aptly named “passion spaces.” These garages are designed to be more than just parking spaces; they are envisioned as social hubs where residents can display their car collections and interact with fellow automobile enthusiasts.

Yes, this is the so-called “tennis core” fashion trend, and custom luxury phone maker Caviar is only too happy to jump on that bandwagon with extremely limited editions of the Galaxy Z Flip 6 that’s designed to show off your sports affinity, fashion tastes, and, of course, your affluence.
Tennis core is simple to grasp yet hard to execute. As it revolves around the aesthetics of clothes worn in tennis matches, it has to strike a balance between being sporty and being casual. For Caviar, however, the trend is easy enough to interpret and implement, focusing on the visuals and forms most easily associated with the sport: the tennis ball.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 that’s part of this “Elegance” tennis core collection bears curved accents on its back that resemble the lines of a tennis ball, at least if you actually knew beforehand what the design is meant to represent. Depending on the color of the model, the accents can be covered in either pure 24-carat rose gold or 22-carat silver. Regardless of the color, however, both designs flaunt 16 22mm-diameter Swarovski crystals, because this wouldn’t be a Caviar phone if it didn’t have any.
The phones have colorways that are reminiscent of some of the popular colors for tennis courts. And in typical Caviar fashion, these phones will be made in a very limited run, only 99 pieces each, making sure that owning one earns you a spot not only among fashionistas but as a true tennis aficionado as well.
