Maximize Workout, Minimize Space: The MAJOR FITNESS F35 is an Advanced All-in-one Home Gym

They say the best way to be consistent with something is to remove obstacles. Bought a guitar but aren’t playing it because it’s in a case? Take it out and keep it right beside your bedside so you find it easier to pick up every now and then. Got yourself a gym membership but couldn’t be bothered to go to the gym? Just get the gym to you! The guys at MAJOR FITNESS have designed what can only be described as the most comprehensive home gym ever. Designed to be attached to a wall in your house (or preferably your garage), the MAJOR FITNESS LIGHTNING F35 is a foldable gym that packs more than 80 exercises designed to target every major muscle group. It’s comprehensive, featuring a cable crossover system, a power rack, a multi-grip pull-up bar, and a landmine – everything you’d find at your nearby gym… but more importantly, it’s compact and folds right into your wall, occupying a few inches of space when not in use.

Easily one of the most compelling aspects of the MAJOR FITNESS F35 is its space-saving design. As home gyms have risen in popularity, especially in urban environments where living spaces are often compact, the need for multi-functional and space-efficient gym equipment has become more pronounced. The MAJOR FITNESS F35 is designed with this in mind, with a folding form that’s a perfect fit for apartment dwellers or those with limited space. It can seamlessly transform a small area into a comprehensive home gym, challenging the notion that effective strength training requires a large, dedicated space. The folding feature, aside from being much more intuitively designed than other wall racks (and offering 7 angles), even allows exercising in various positions, increasing versatility and variety. This puts the ball (and gym) in your court, giving you the freedom to train whenever you want right in the comfort of your home. Just try looking for an excuse now!

While many space-saving fitness solutions often cut corners in functionality, the MAJOR FITNESS F35 offers no such compromise. This folding power rack, when paired with weight plates, offers over 30 different exercises, going up to 80 different exercises when combined with additional accessories. It successfully integrates four distinct training systems: a cable crossover system, a power rack, a multi-grip pull-up bar, and a landmine. This amalgamation is not just about adding numbers to the list of possible exercises; it’s about ensuring that users can engage comprehensively with different muscle groups and workout styles.

Firstly, the cable crossover system in the F35 is a standout feature. It allows for a variety of exercises that target multiple muscle groups. Users can engage in exercises like cable flys, tricep pushdowns, and bicep curls. This system is particularly beneficial for those looking to engage in isolation exercises that focus on specific muscle groups, offering a level of workout specificity that’s often missing in home gym setups. The cable system can be both height as well as angle-adjusted (with 15 height adjustments) and has a max weight capacity of 132 lbs, offering a safe experience even for intense workouts.

Next, the power rack component of the F35 is central to its functionality. It enables classic strength training exercises such as squats, bench presses, and deadlifts. The power rack is designed to support heavy weights, catering to both beginners and advanced lifters. This feature is crucial for users focusing on compound movements that work multiple muscle groups simultaneously, providing the foundation for strength and muscle-building workouts. The J-hooks and safety arms have up to 13 different height adjustments to choose from, and the J-hook itself can withstand a whopping 660 lbs of weight for those monster deadlifts.

The multi-grip pull-up bar is another versatile feature. It accommodates a variety of grip positions – wide, narrow, and neutral – allowing users to target different parts of their upper body, especially the back, biceps, and shoulders. Exercises such as pull-ups and chin-ups are essential for developing upper body strength and are a staple in many workout routines.

Lastly, the inclusion of a landmine adds a dynamic component to the F35. This feature allows for rotational exercises that are often overlooked in standard gym setups. Users can perform landmine presses, rows, and rotational movements, which are excellent for core strengthening and functional fitness.

The MAJOR FITNESS F35 comes with a design that’s easy to assemble with no power tools or extra equipment. Written instructions, DIY setup videos, and even phone support and live-chat help allow you to assemble your MAJOR FITNESS F35 without any hiccups. Its IKEA-like construction allows it to ship flat-packed, where you can then unpack and install it in a jiffy, securing it to a wall for extra stability and anchoring. Once installed, your home gym is ready for you and even a partner or a buddy to use simultaneously. Double pulleys (one on each side) allow you to have a shared workout with your friend or partner when you’re not spotting each other. All this in the privacy of your home, without those annoying gym memberships and crowded, sweaty gyms.

Your F35 comes in 3 color options – grey, black, and red. When folded, it measures 83.8 inches tall, 68.5 inches wide, and 20.9 inches deep, opening up to 103.9 inches wide and 56.3 inches deep when fully opened. Each MAJOR FITNESS F35 comes with a 3-year warranty on the product. You can grab yours for as low as $849 (which also includes the customs fee), with the MAJOR FITNESS F35 delivering this month (November 2023) with 48-hour expedited shipping for US customers… that’s just in time for your New Year fitness resolution!

This curved manual treadmill promises natural motion, giving you the perfect workout regime

Most of the treadmills that keep you fit (only if you use them for a prolonged period) are too tech-savvy, and one wishes at times they were a tad simpler. All that while having an aesthetic form that’s good to go with your modern interiors. The Sprintbok by NOHrD breaks the conventional norms normally associated with treadmills – giving fitness freaks one more reason to burn those calories out of the system and stay fit for life!

This curved manual treadmill crafted from solid hardwood doesn’t have any fancy settings or electronics to make you go out for an indoor run. Rather it uses flexible wooden slats and ball bearing engineering for a natural running motion that’s actually powered by the user’s legs. It feels like you are running in a forest and the low noise makes it ideal for an apartment setting. You can run as fast as you can or as slow as desired on the Sprintbok – it’s that simple. The treadmill’s curved shape lets you experience ascending difficulty with bigger sprint steps. To keep track of your progress there’s a bit of basic tech-infused – a 17.3-inch tablet and a compatible Sprintbok app. This way you can choose from a platter of pre-designed running workouts with scenery runs.

Since the treadmill is made from high-quality natural materials that are recyclable, the treadmill is light on the environment too. Sprintbok is more or less a maintenance-free fitness machine which is a great advantage, as modern treadmills can cost a lot in maintenance if not used properly or some component malfunctions. The treadmill belt is made up of 62 movable wooden slats having a linoleum finish – making the machine absorb most of the shocks and vibration produced during running. Truly this treadmill deserves to sit any interior, it’s designed to catch eyeballs for sure!

This home workout machine merges the ease of minimal design and the functionality of classic gym gear!

Finding the right home fitness station is a lot like the story of Goldilocks. There are home exercise systems that don’t look like they belong in anyone’s home unless you’re the CEO of Equinox – too hard. There are the fitness stations that might sacrifice functionality for aesthetics, looking more like sofas than operative pieces of equipment – too soft. The new SlimBeam from NOHrD is that bowl of porridge – or, home cable station – that’s just right. SlimBeam is an elegant, multifunctional home cable machine that offers a wide array of workout options for users and its sleek, wooden body fits into any interior living space.

The cable machine comes with an incorporated pull-up bar, weights, accessory adapter, and plenty of different cord options for different weight exercises like tricep extensions or pushdowns. The designers at NOHrD made all of these exercise options available to users because cable machines are intended to target those deeper layer muscles that isolated weight training misses. SlimBeam’s body might be slim and minimal, but no functionality was sacrificed in the making of this cable machine. Standing at just over seven feet tall and 16 inches wide, SlimBeam offers cord extension of up to eight meters, giving users the chance to practice that golf swing or rowing stroke.

Additionally, SlimBeam makes it all possible with its butterfly swivel, which equips the cable machine with dual-side function and adaptive function for changing heights. Fit snug inside the wooden body, fourteen, rubberized weights are available for weight training and can be adjusting to decrease or increase the workout’s intensity. Finally, it wouldn’t be a fitness system for 2020 if it didn’t come with an app. Currently only available for Android, SlimBeam’s app displays the station’s pre-set weight along with the user’s repetition and range of motion and also provides instructional video for different workouts chosen in cooperation with sports scientists.

If you’re anything like me, you’d rather get a good sweat going in your own home than give into a monthly gym membership. Depending on your situation, however, bulky gym equipment and scattered dumbbells just might not comfortably fit into your space. SlimBeam swivels somewhere in the middle, offering everything from pull-ups to drive practice, something Goldilocks would approve. A home gym system that provides, but then, when necessary, can also hide – ah, just right.

This 3-in-1 home gym is smaller than your couch helping you meet your fitness goals!

COVID-19 pandemic has forced most of us in the confines of our homes with restricted possibilities when we talk of activities that in normal routine would bring some semblance of physical activity. Sure most of us tried to set fitness goals, and use our creative bit to figure out how to keep the flame burning, but in the end, it’s too hard to stay motivated for a rigorous workout session when you are going through the same boring routine with no other pals around who’ll push you for that final set.

Getting a multipurpose fitness machine is a good answer to all your excuses, but unfortunately, after a few months, they are left to bite the dust too. Moreover, they take up too much space and most of them are not that aesthetically pleasing. This 3-in-1 fitness wall by NOHrD christened Wall Compact is an exception, and surprisingly it takes up as little space as imagined – no more than your small couch. The home fitness solution is designed by WaterRower’s (expertise in developing rowing machines for over three decades) sister brand NOHrD that focuses on form and function. Their design ideology is centered on the user and the aesthetic appeal of the fitness equipment while still maintaining the highest standards of strength training backed by science.

You can tone all the important muscles in your body with this multifaceted fitness machine that comes with its own virtual coach interactive workout program accessed via the touchscreen. You can perform chest, forearm, biceps, triceps, shoulder, and back exercises on the cable stations on each side –while the SwingBells on the wall gives you more freedom of taking up your free weight training sessions. Just imagine this workout machine sitting in your living room – you’ll be instantly lured to burn out those muscles!

This vertical exercise machine makes climbing the new at-home high-intensity workout

Move over Peloton, there’s a new high-intensity workout in town. Meet the CLMBR, it’s a combination of an elliptical trainer, a bench-press, a stationary cycle, and has elements of cardio dancing, HIIT training, and even rock-climbing in it. Designed to give every single muscle in your body an intense workout, the CLMBR helps 60% more calories than running, rowing & bike workouts… and its vertical design allows it to fit into the smallest of homes and rooms.

On the floor, the CLMBR occupies roughly 3×3 feet of space, or about as much as two doormats. Most of the CLMBR’s gear is oriented vertically, which allows it to do two things – A. Occupy a fraction of the space of a home-gym yet give you all of it, and B. Use gravity to its advantage to make your workouts more intense and effective. The CLMBR uses resistance training to burn calories. It features a pair of moving handles and steps, a lot like an elliptical, but relies on a vertical sliding channel instead of an elliptical one. A sweatproof HD touchscreen sits just a few inches from your face, giving you an immersive training experience along with CLMBR’s in-built surround sound system. The interface allows you to choose from a variety of exercises across multiple experience levels. Face-to-face sessions with top fitness instructors help you burn those pounds, while the screen even gives you a breakdown of your workout in real-time.

The CLMBR comes fabricated from strong yet lightweight cast + extruded aluminum sections. A Kevlar reinforced belt helps you get through the most intense workouts, while the machine’s high-grade ball-bearing system ensures a smooth and quiet workout. Adjustable handles let you customize the CLMBR based on your height (between 5-7ft) and discrete resistance settings let you modify how easy or hard your workout is, based on your experience level. When all’s said and done, premium caster wheels on the base of the CLMBR let you roll the machine away into the corner of a room, where it should occupy no more space than a minimalist bookshelf. Your spin-bike wishes it were this efficiently designed.
