10 Best Tiny Gifts Under $100 Everyone Steals From Stockings First

The best stocking stuffers aren’t the ones that fill space—they’re the ones that get plucked out first, pocketed before breakfast, and quietly claimed before anyone else notices. These are the gifts that punch above their price tag, blending clever design with genuine utility in a package small enough to tuck into a sock but compelling enough to become someone’s new everyday carry. They’re the kinds of objects that spark conversations, solve real problems, and feel impossibly thoughtful for something that costs less than dinner.

This year’s lineup leans into tactile pleasure, unexpected innovation, and quiet luxury that doesn’t scream its price point. From gravity-defying desk sculptures to grooming tools engineered like precision instruments, these ten designs prove that small gifts can carry a serious impact. Each one clocks in under a hundred dollars, fits in the palm of your hand, and delivers the kind of daily delight that makes people wonder why they didn’t have one sooner.

1. Side A Cassette Speaker

Remember making mixtapes? This pocket-sized throwback reimagines that ritual for the Bluetooth era, disguising modern wireless tech inside an eerily accurate cassette shell. The transparent casing reveals inner mechanics that mirror the real thing, complete with side A labeling and that distinctive tape aesthetic that defined an entire generation’s music culture. Pop it into its crystal-clear protective case, and it transforms into a desk-worthy display piece that actually delivers sound.

The engineering surprises lie beneath the nostalgia. Bluetooth 5.3 ensures stable connections across devices, while microSD support allows for offline playback when streaming isn’t an option. The audio profile skews warm rather than tinny, deliberately echoing the softness of analog tape rather than chasing clinical clarity. At 80 grams with its case, it disappears into jacket pockets and backpacks, making it the kind of speaker people actually carry instead of leaving on a shelf collecting dust.

2. Ritual Card Diffuser

Scent diffusion gets stripped to its essence here—no mist clouds, no reed forests, just a simple card insertion that marks the beginning of a fragrance ritual. The mechanism borrows from Japanese train ticketing, where sliding a washi paper card into an anodized aluminum body initiates a slow, controlled release of alcohol-based fragrance oils. It’s diffusion as deliberate practice rather than background ambiance.

The design language stays minimal to the point of zen. Hand-poured oil bases pair with handcrafted Japanese washi paper that absorbs and disperses scent through capillary action alone. Layered glass creates visual lift while the aluminum housing grounds everything with industrial elegance. Fire-free and power-free operation means placement flexibility—nightstands, desks, shelves—anywhere stillness exists. When the oil runs low, refilling takes seconds without disassembly or mess.

That sonic feedback creates instant habit reinforcement every single time.

Material choices elevate this beyond typical key storage. Choose between maple or walnut bases, each paired with a stainless steel, brass, and iron keyring that carries proper weight. The magnetic hold stays strong enough to prevent accidental drops yet releases smoothly with intentional pulling. Placed near an entryway, it becomes a calming transition point between outside chaos and home sanctuary—a small ritual that anchors your arrival routine with sensory pleasure instead of mindless muscle memory.

4. CasaBeam Everyday Flashlight

Most flashlights get buried in junk drawers until emergencies strike. This one stays visible because it actually deserves counter space, blending minimalist form with dual-mode versatility that works as both a handheld beam and a freestanding lantern. The 1000-lumen output reaches 200 meters in spotlight mode, while the adjustable zoom head twists to flood light across entire rooms when needed.

Stand it upright and watch it transform into ambient lighting for reading, dining, or a power outage calm. Five modes span three brightness levels plus two SOS settings, all controlled through an intuitive two-button operation that stays simple even when fumbling in darkness. The 2,600mAh battery delivers up to 24 hours on low settings, recharging via USB-C hidden beneath the zoom head to maintain clean visual lines. Grooming tools rarely warrant much attention until you encounter one engineered like actual equipment. Kai Corporation—Japan’s blade authority since 1908—designed this clipper around a patented rotating lever mechanism that shifts the pivot point closer to the cutting edge. The result delivers cleaner cuts through thicker nails using less hand pressure while maintaining surgical control throughout each clip.

At 67 grams, the clipper carries satisfying heft that signals quality without bulk. The 86mm compact form slips into dopp kits and desk drawers with equal ease. Stainless cutlery steel blades slice cleanly without tearing or splitting, producing smooth edges that rarely snag fabric afterward. Zinc die-cast lever components wear a sleek plated finish while the thermoplastic stopper and integrated filing surface round out the material story. 7. DraftPro Top Can Opener

Cracking a cold can usually mean sipping through a narrow opening that traps aroma and limits taste. Award-winning designer Shu Kanno reimagined that moment, creating a precision opener that removes the entire top to deliver glass-like drinking experiences straight from the aluminum. The smooth-edged cut transforms canned beer, sparkling water, and premixed cocktails into proper vessels where you catch every aromatic note.

Beyond elevated sipping, practical advantages multiply quickly. Drop ice cubes directly into opened cans for instant chilling on hot days. Mix cocktails inside the can itself—no shaker, no cleanup, no glassware. Universal sizing works across domestic and international CAN standards, so you’re never caught without compatibility. This titanium vessel weighs just 22 grams yet delivers sensory amplification through hammered texture that lifts aromatic compounds, while the ultra-thin rim ensures clean flavor contact. At 2.05 inches in diameter by 2.17 inches in height, it fits sake, tequila, and whiskey servings with equal grace.

Titanium construction brings unexpected benefits beyond durability. The metal maintains temperature without rapid heat transfer from your hand, keeping chilled spirits cold longer. Vibrant anodized finishes create unique color variations across each cup—no two look identical, adding bespoke character to any collection. Wave-like cutting patterns create visual intrigue while providing secure grip texture. The circular shape and tapered profile feel substantial in hand, while the raw metal aesthetic radiates both mystery and intentional design.

Aluminum once commanded prices higher than gold, and this knife showcases the material’s inherent luster and satisfying weight. Milling from a solid block rather than casting ensures structural integrity and refined surface quality. The blade slices through packing tape and cardboard with surgical ease, while the distinctive form starts conversations whenever someone spots it. The Gift That Keeps Getting Stolen

Stocking stuffers reveal their true value in the days after unwrapping, when practical magic beats flashy excess every time. These ten designs prove that thoughtful gifts don’t require three-digit budgets or oversized boxes—just genuine utility wrapped in forms people actually want to touch, use, and keep within arm’s reach. They’re the presents that migrate from stockings to pockets to daily rotation faster than anyone expects.

Smart gifting means choosing objects that respect both giver and recipient through lasting quality and daily relevance. Each of these pieces delivers experiences beyond their physical size, turning mundane moments into small rituals worth savoring. Whether someone’s grating ginger, opening mail, or taking mental breaks with a spinning pen, these are the gifts that prove you paid attention to how people actually live rather than what they might politely accept.

These five gifts represent a different approach to workspace essentials. Each one reimagines everyday tools through the lens of considered design, transforming mundane interactions into moments of tactile pleasure. From Japanese steelwork to magnetic innovation, these pieces prove that functional objects deserve the same design attention we give to creative projects themselves. They elevate workspaces not through decoration but through intelligent form meeting purposeful function.

1. Stellar Edge Scissors

The moment you pick up these scissors, you understand why they come from Seki, Japan’s legendary blade-making region. Their asymmetrical handles challenge expectations while delivering surprising comfort, creating a sculptural presence that commands attention on any desk. The seamless stainless steel construction catches light beautifully, turning a cutting tool into an object worth displaying. When designers reach for scissors dozens of times daily, that repeated interaction deserves this level of refinement and visual consideration.

What makes these scissors exceptional goes beyond their museum-worthy appearance. The blade geometry ensures clean, effortless cuts through various materials, from delicate tracing paper to thick cardstock. That perfect balance point makes extended cutting sessions feel weightless rather than tedious. The polished finish resists fingerprints while providing just enough grip for control. These scissors transform routine tasks into satisfying rituals, proving that tools designed with genuine care create measurably better experiences throughout your workday.

2. Magboard Clipboard

Traditional notebooks impose structure before you’ve captured a single thought. This magnetic clipboard system throws out those constraints, letting you work with loose sheets that can be rearranged, removed, or inserted as ideas evolve. The hardcover design provides solid backing for writing anywhere, whether you’re sketching at your desk or capturing inspiration during a standing meeting. That simple magnet and lever mechanism holds up to thirty sheets securely while making page changes effortless and intuitive.

The beauty lies in removing friction from your creative process. Tear out pages that don’t work, reorder sequences that do, and add fresh sheets without committing to bound permanence. The water-resistant cover protects your work while staying easy to clean, making it genuinely portable rather than precious. For designers who think visually and need to see multiple concepts simultaneously, this system supports fluid thinking rather than forcing linear progression through pre-bound pages.

Click Here to Buy Now: $45.00

3. Everlasting All-Metal Pencil

Pencils break, dull, and disappear precisely when you need them most. This metal alternative writes like graphite but never requires sharpening, combining a special alloy core with an aluminum body that feels substantial without being heavy. The marks it leaves behave exactly like traditional pencil writing, erasing cleanly and refusing to bleed when you add watercolor or markers over your sketches. It’s the kind of tool that makes you forget about the tool itself and focus entirely on the marks you’re making.

The engineering behind its “everlasting” claim deserves attention. Rather than soft graphite that wears away with each stroke, this alloy core releases tiny particles that create marks without significant material loss. You get consistent line weight and darkness through thousands of uses. For designers who sketch constantly throughout their day, eliminating the sharpen-write-sharpen cycle removes an annoying interruption from creative flow. The metal construction also means no snapped leads or splintered wood to derail your momentum mid-thought.

Click Here to Buy Now: $19.95

What we like

  • No sharpening required means uninterrupted sketching and writing sessions.

4. Quick Access Pencil Sharpener Stand

This disc-shaped object solves the eternal problem of misplaced sharpeners through brilliant simplicity: your pencil stands in the sharpener when not in use. The walnut wood cover and anodized aluminum base create an elegant desktop presence that justifies permanent placement rather than drawer banishment. That specially angled sharpening mechanism extends pencil life while reducing waste, making each sharpening session more purposeful. The brass mechanism prevents accidental opening, keeping shavings contained until you’re ready to empty them.

Beyond functional innovation, this piece brings warmth to workspaces dominated by glass and metal. The wood’s natural grain patterns ensure each sharpener carries a unique character, while the magnetic connection between cover and base provides satisfying tactile feedback. Designers who still value traditional pencils for sketching gain both a reliable sharpening solution and a sculptural desktop accent. 5. reMarkable Paper Pro Move

Digital notes often disappear into folders, never to resurface. This E Ink tablet bridges analog satisfaction with digital organization, offering that pen-on-paper texture designers crave while maintaining searchable, shareable files. The 7.3-inch color display fits comfortably in jacket pockets while providing enough real estate for meaningful sketching and notation. At $449, it occupies premium territory, yet the refined materials and thoughtful engineering justify the investment for designers serious about capturing ideas throughout their day.

The included Marker stylus delivers genuine tactile feedback that makes extended writing sessions genuinely pleasurable rather than tolerable. The E Ink screen eliminates eye strain from backlit displays, letting you work comfortably for hours without fatigue. • The $449 price point represents a significant investment compared to paper notebooks.
  • E Ink refresh rates can’t match the instant response of traditional paper or iPad displays.

Wrapping Up Workspace Elevation

Transforming a workspace isn’t about adding decoration. These five gifts demonstrate how reimagining fundamental tools creates measurably better daily experiences. Each piece removes friction from creative work while bringing visual refinement to surfaces where designers spend countless hours. They’re investments in the quality of repeated interactions, understanding that the tools you touch dozens of times daily deserve genuine design consideration and thoughtful engineering.

The best Christmas gifts for designers don’t gather dust on shelves. They integrate seamlessly into existing workflows while quietly elevating every interaction. From Japanese scissors to magnetic clipboards, these pieces prove that functional objects can spark joy through intelligent form and purposeful design. They’re reminders that workspace elevation comes from choosing tools that respect both your creative process and your aesthetic sensibilities.

Dwarf Factory’s Tiny Christmas Keycaps Are Absolutely Perfect Gifts For Gamers

Sweetmas keycaps are what happens when a holiday cookie box collides with boutique keyboard culture. Designed by Dwarf Factory, the collection transforms the familiar 1U key into a micro stage, where a gingerbread character, a jolly Santa, or a toy soldier style nutcracker performs among piles of sweets and winter snacks.

The sculpted scenes sit under a polished resin dome, anchored to a base that looks like a miniature metal tin printed with festive graphics. It is a small gesture in physical terms, but it reshapes the way a keyboard feels on the desk, turning a technical tool into something closer to a seasonal keepsake that can live in a design conscious home.

Designer: Dwarf Factory

What makes these tiny worlds so compelling is the human touch behind them. Dwarf Factory does not mass produce these pieces; each keycap is the result of a meticulous artisanal process. The internal figures and their festive surroundings are first sculpted and then cast in resin. From there, artists take over, hand painting every minute detail, from the icing on a gingerbread man’s scarf to the rosy cheeks of Santa Claus. This level of dedication ensures that no two keycaps are perfectly identical, giving each one a unique character that automated manufacturing simply cannot replicate.

The Gingerbread variant, affectionately named Gingy, is a pure confectionery explosion. The cheerful gingerbread figure sits front and center, armed with a candy cane and surrounded by a landscape of sweets. There are chocolate bars, striped peppermints, and frosted Christmas tree cookies all packed into the scene. The entire diorama is housed on a base painted a festive green, with white snowflake details and the “Sweetmas” logo, perfectly capturing the feeling of a holiday candy shop that has been shrunk down to the size of a fingertip.

Next in the collection is Claus, a tribute to the man himself. This version features Santa Claus nestled in a treasure trove of baked goods. He is surrounded by an assortment of cookies, pretzels, and other holiday treats, as if caught mid-snack on his big night. The base of this keycap is a warm, inviting red, again styled like a classic cookie tin. The scene feels cozy and generous, a tiny, edible looking snapshot of Christmas Eve that brings a sense of warmth and nostalgia to the keyboard.

Rounding out the trio is Cracky, the Nutcracker. This design takes a more traditional, almost rustic approach to the holiday theme. The Nutcracker figure stands guard among a collection of almonds, walnuts, pine cones, and subtle green foliage. The base is a deep, royal blue, which gives it a more sophisticated and classic feel compared to the playful energy of the other two. It evokes the feeling of a classic Christmas ballet or a walk through a winter forest, offering a more elegant take on the Sweetmas theme.

As artisan pieces, the Sweetmas keycaps are designed to be both beautiful and functional. They are sized as standard 1U keys and feature a Cherry MX compatible stem, making them a drop in replacement for the vast majority of mechanical keyboards on the market. Their tall, sculpted profile, similar to an SA R1 key, gives them a satisfying presence on the board, perfect for an escape key or a macro pad. Released as a limited seasonal collection, these keycaps are collectible by nature, and the fact that each keycap is hand-crafted means that they command a fairly premium price at $49 bucks a pop. You’d have to absolutely make Santa’s list if you want these in your stockings for Christmas.

5 Best Christmas Tech Gifts That Double as Home Art

On a quiet December morning, as the tree lights flicker softly against the windows, the modern home reveals a new kind of Christmas magic. Gone are the days when gifts were plastic gadgets destined for drawers, as today’s most thoughtful presents are pieces of functional art alongside objects that enrich a space as beautifully as they perform.

This season, every device unwrapped should offer both purpose and presence, crafted from honest materials and shaped with sculptural intent. In homes seeking harmony and calm, giftable tech becomes part of the architecture itself, blending intelligence, aesthetics, and festive warmth in one seamless gesture.

1. Sculptural Wireless Charger

The wireless charger is no longer a bland tech necessity; it is now a statement of material honesty and form. Modern high-design chargers replace plastic with honed marble, polished brass, or carved timber, transforming a simple gadget into a refined object on your nightstand.

When choosing one, look for weight and presence. Solid stone or metal chargers feel grounded and intentional, blending seamlessly with luxury interiors. These pieces double as abstract mini-sculptures even when not in use. With a clean magnetic connection and discreet cable, they maintain visual calm, which is a key element of elevated, Gen Z approved luxury living.

Wireless chargers continue to grow in popularity, yet most designs still share a common limitation: they become functionally irrelevant the moment you remove your phone. Many models may look stylish on a desk or bedside table, but they serve no purpose beyond decoration when not in use. This concept addresses that gap by giving the charger a secondary function, allowing it to offer value even when no device is being powered. It builds on the evolution of magnetic charging, which has introduced more flexibility in angles and positioning while still leaving the charging surface unused whenever the phone is absent.

The Dino Charger introduces a clever solution by integrating a small circular display into the charging area. When the phone is removed, this smartwatch-like screen becomes visible, showing essential information such as time, weather, or battery status. Though concealed during charging, it transforms the accessory into a compact, multifunctional device that enhances usability without occupying extra space.

2. Digital Dynamic Photo Frames

Digital photo frames have evolved into dynamic wall art, shifting from simple screens to pieces capable of rivaling gallery-grade framed work. They bring a customizable, ever-changing aesthetic into the home, allowing interiors to feel curated, alive, and intentionally composed. Their presence supports a refined visual rhythm rather than interrupting it.

Choose frames with matte, anti-glare glass and high-resolution displays for true material credibility. The ROI lies in their ability to refresh a room instantly with digital art or personal archives. Smart models use concealed mounts and a single paintable cable, preserving the purity of the wall plane.

Many personal memories now sit unseen within digital albums and long camera rolls, rarely revisited despite their significance. Traditional digital photo frames attempted to reintroduce these moments into everyday life, yet their fixed borders and constrained formats often created a sense of distance rather than connection. PixyBeam offers a refined alternative by transforming walls and ceilings into immersive visual canvases. Through projection, it integrates photographs and short clips directly into the home environment, allowing meaningful moments to become part of daily living rather than confined to a screen.

Designed with a minimalist, rounded profile and soft white finish, PixyBeam blends seamlessly into any interior. The device delivers vivid 1080p projections up to 200 inches, supported by autofocus, keystone correction, and a rotating lens for effortless ceiling or wall display. With a simple setup, app-based gallery organisation, and features such as dynamic templates and Guest Share, PixyBeam turns personal spaces into expressive, evolving galleries that celebrate life’s most important stories.

3. Ambient Illumination Tech

Ambient illumination technology has become a poetic light source, offering mood-shaping capability without relying on bulky fixtures. From refined smart lamps to atmospheric projectors, these devices let homeowners sculpt the emotional tone of a room while subtly supporting thermal and visual comfort. They behave as architectural companions rather than decorative add-ons.

These objects operate as instruments of layered light. Prioritise designs that create indirect, coloured, or animated washes to shape an ‘ephemeral glow.’ Their true utility lies in sensory modulation with smart lamps that adjust colour temperature throughout the day, enhancing biophilic well-being, proving their purpose far beyond ornamentation.

Luminous Re-weave, created by designers Ling Sha and Yucheng Tang, reinterprets discarded textiles by transforming them into refined lighting elements. Old T-shirts, worn denim, and even plastic bags are hand-woven onto metal frames fitted with 3D-printed covers, producing lamps that merge craftsmanship with contemporary fabrication. The modules feature soft, textile-wrapped exteriors that diffuse light into a warm, inviting glow, giving the pieces a sculptural presence suitable for both residential and gallery settings. Each cylindrical unit functions independently or can be stacked to create customised lighting compositions without the need for tools.

A defining aspect of the system is its interchangeable textile skins, allowing users to update colours and textures as preferences evolve. This adaptability not only extends product lifespan but also reinforces the project’s sustainability ethos by repurposing materials that would otherwise enter waste streams.

4. Designer Wi-Fi Nodes

Designer Wi-Fi nodes and mesh systems have become essential architectural elements, no longer the forgotten hardware of a connected home. Instead of hiding them away, today’s high-end models are crafted to be seen in smooth matte ceramics, brushed aluminum, and minimal geometric forms that read more like curated objects than utilitarian electronics. They contribute intentionally to the visual rhythm of a room.

Choosing a system designed for display offers both aesthetic and functional ROI. By keeping nodes visible, performance remains uncompromised, eliminating the need for cupboards that weaken signal strength. The result is a clean, unobstructed interior paired with seamless, whole-home connectivity.

Spending extended periods at home has made many people more aware of the limitations of their living spaces and the design shortcomings of everyday electronics. Wi-Fi routers, for instance, often appear bulky, aggressive, or purely utilitarian, encouraging users to hide them in corners- an action that can unintentionally weaken signal performance. This concept proposes a more thoughtful approach by turning the router into a functional decorative object, allowing it to remain visible while also providing a clear indication of signal strength.

The Blooming Out router features a fan-inspired mechanism composed of 29 segments that expand when the Wi-Fi signal is strong and retract when it weakens, creating a visual representation of connectivity. Three adjustable antennas positioned slightly off-centre enhance signal distribution while contributing to a sculptural, peacock-like silhouette. By merging aesthetics with technical efficiency, the design aims to transform the router from a device often concealed into an elegant object that complements modern interiors without compromising performance.

5. Charging Mat that Doubles as Display Surfaces

Wireless charging mats have evolved into thoughtful dual-purpose gifts that eliminate cable clutter while delivering convenient power to multiple devices. Modern designs feature premium materials like bamboo, leather, or minimalist metal finishes that elevate them from utilitarian gadgets to sophisticated accessories. This versatility makes them ideal for gift-givers seeking something genuinely useful without sacrificing aesthetic appeal, perfect for colleagues, tech-savvy friends, or anyone upgrading their workspace.

As home decor gifts, wireless charging mats have become statement pieces available in various aesthetics – from Scandinavian minimalism to industrial chic. Sleek marble patterns, warm wood tones, or geometric shapes transform these tech essentials into decorative accents for nightstands or entryway surfaces. For housewarming occasions or holidays, a beautifully designed wireless charger demonstrates thoughtfulness by addressing both practical needs and aesthetic sensibilities, making it perfect for design-conscious recipients.

The LEGO Brick, a conceptual design by İbrahim Can Erdinçmer, reimagines wireless charging by merging technology with playful creativity. This innovative fan-made creation features a wireless charging mat topped with a signature LEGO-studded platform that serves dual purposes: charging your smartphone, smartwatch, or earbuds while providing a modular canvas for endless customization. The platform can accommodate dedicated accessories like Bluetooth speakers, minimalist lamps, and battery indicators – all powered wirelessly through embedded coils beneath the surface – or become a miniature playground for building LEGO dioramas, architectural structures, or scenes from your favorite movies. By sitting at the intersection of tech functionality and creative expression, the LEGO Brick appeals to both tech enthusiasts who love modular, customizable setups and LEGO fans who appreciate the brand’s promise of limitless building possibilities.

Beyond its technical capabilities, the LEGO Brick transforms the mundane act of charging devices into an opportunity for stress relief and creative expression in the workspace. The concept demonstrates how adding whimsy and interactivity to everyday tech accessories can enhance both productivity and mental well-being – offering users a fidget-friendly outlet during intense work sessions or ideation moments. While entirely conceptual, this design illustrates LEGO’s untapped potential in the smart-home and gadget industry, suggesting that strategic collaborations could position the iconic toy brand as a major player in creating tech products that don’t just function efficiently, but also spark joy and unleash creativity in our daily lives.

In today’s refined homes, the best Christmas tech gifts transcend utility to become sculptural extensions of the space itself. These beautifully crafted objects, thoughtful in material, form, and light, seamlessly blend function with art, creating an environment where design harmony, emotional warmth, and quiet intelligence coexist effortlessly.

These LEGO Snow Globes Are The Perfect Stocking Stuffer For Brick-Lovers!

Three globes, three distinct Christmas visuals, three absolute vibes. Made with a total of just 385 pieces, this MOC (My Own Creation) from LEGO builer ItzEthqn captures the holiday spirit perfectly, and for anyone who wants to customize the globes with something of their own, these designs seem absolutely modular, allowing you to replace the inner scene with anything of your choice for a more custom/bespoke snow globe!

“Now I know what you may be thinking, ‘Isn’t it a bit early for Christmas?’ and the answer is absolutely not its never too early for Christmas,” says ItzEthqn (who probably goes by the name Ethan. The globes – two large and one small – are the perfect way to usher in the holiday spirit… especially if you’re a LEGO lover like I am.

Designer: ItzEthqn

The globes come in 3 distinct variants, the smallest of which features a tiny little snowman, top hat, scarf, carrot, branches and all. The snowman sits within a fairly comfy 3-piece ‘glass’ orb. The orb sits on a gold, green, and red banded base, quite like the kind you find in novelty shops and Hallmark outlets.

The other two snow globes are a tad bit larger, featuring slightly more elaborate scenes. The first, a Christmas tree, complete with a star topper as well as gifts at the bottom. The larger glass orb now features a 2-part design, and the slightly larger base also has a snowflake brick embedded on the front for extra holiday flair. The other snow globe features our old friend Nicholas (also known world over as Santa) on his trusty sled, with gifts in the boot. ItzEthqn does mention that he wanted to bejewel the globes with stickers too, but that detail kept crashing his computer as he added stickers to the globe.

That being said, there’s a lot that you can do with this framework. Upgrade it with minifigures of your own, make tiny versions with different designs and themes, or even use it to display your Hot Wheels collection, the cars might be a tight fit but I’m sure you can figure it out! The other tiny caveat here is that these snow globes don’t actually have any snow in them, so feel free to chuck in some tiny confetti to make these globes feel like the real deal!

ItzEthqn’s fan-made snow globe design is currently gathering votes on the LEGO Ideas website, an online forum where LEGO enthusiasts share their own creations and vote for their favorites. With well over 2,600 votes, this MOC is slowly but surely inching towards the coveted 10K vote mark, following which it’ll be reviewed by LEGO’s internal team and ‘hopefully’ turned into a retail kit that all of us can buy. Until then, just head down to the LEGO Ideas website and give this build your vote!

LEGO® Cataclaws to bring creative, festive fun this holiday season

Depending on what activities you do, the upcoming holidays can either be the most joyful or the most stressful time of the year. Generally, children have the most fun during gatherings especially if there are toys and games involved. The spirit of play and fun sometimes goes out the window for grown ups but LEGO® thinks everyone needs reminding that there’s nothing more important than playing together this Holiday.

Designer: LEGO®

Cataclaws is a new icon that LEGO® is launching just in time for the holidays to become a “CAT-alyst” for play. The bricky rather than furry creature was actually born out of the minds of kids to remind both the young and the old that there’s no limit to where LEGO® bricks can take our creativity and imagination. This time it’s a tuxedo cat wearing a red and white beanie that will encourage people to play around this time of the year.

The brick-built feline is introduced in a short film showing it going on an adventure around the city to turn boring or tense situations into something more fun. In the video, you’ll also see 20 different products and builds, including a freezing cold queen, a cat who can’t wait to be king, and characters from a galaxy far far away. There are also some mini Cataclaws builds within the video if you want to play spot the Cataclwas.

If you want to dress up your LEGO® feline, they will also be selling a Cataclaws Christmas sweater while you can build the beanie yourself by following the building instructions. We’ll probably see Cataclaws in other campaigns next year as they are making it their new icon.
