She had earlier bought one of the neighboring properties for $3.325 million, and then razed the mansion on it to incorporate it as a part of her grand plans for her estate. Before that, during her marriage to actor Ryan Phillippe, she paid $4.72 million for another neighboring 7,000 sq ft property, which will now be a 3rd of the total grand estate.
