If you just can’t get enough of talking fish, your Christmas wish has been answered. Likely inspired by this fan hack a couple of years back, there’s now an Alexa-enabled version of Big Mouth Billy Bass.

Just pair Billy to any Amazon Echo device and Billy “will respond to Alexa voice commands, lip sync with Alexa’s speech, respond to your questions, react to times, notifications and alarms, and dance to the beat of your music. People have hacked the talking fish in the past to work with Alexa, but now it is an official product.

The gabby fish still plays his original song when you push the red button too, though it now has the Alexa voice rather than the Billy Big Mouth voice, but maybe you can correct that with some settings tweaks. This is sure to be a Christmas hit with folks who love crazy talking fish.

The Alexa-enabled talking fish will start shipping on December 1, 2018. You can order yours right now. It is officially the ugliest Alexa device that money can buy. I would say that it will fly off the shelves, but it’s not a flying fish. So there goes that joke.
