Game of Thrones pancakes: stab & eat

Game of thrones pancakes

Show your house allegiance by literally eating your enemies! These Game of Thrones inspired pancakes with house sigils are the best in Westeros.

YouTuber Nathan Shield is the real world’s Hotpie: he created an incredible video where he uses his best baking and cooking skills to create some pancakes and hotcakes inspired by the house sigils of the different families from HBO’s hit series Game of Thrones. You can check them out on the video below these lines, and even follow these instructions yourselves to create them.

After how hard Hot Pie worked on creating that Stark wolf for Arya at the end of Season 4, it’s criminal that Brienne straight up never brought it up during her brief encounter with the youngest of the Stark gals – so anyone who is good at baking, let’s make it our life goal to send a few of these to Maisie Williams, ok? We are pretty sure she (or her character) would appreciate it.

Have the bloodiest Christmas of all with Game of Thrones

Game of Thrones Christmas 1

Traditionally, your tree should already be up, but in case it isn’t, you may decorate it with these and the insides of everyone you love. This is a complete Game of Thrones theme for the season!

The ThinkGeek crowd came up with a fantastic set of christmas ornaments and lights to decorate our traditional trees with a geeky edge. And, because winter is coming, these are a perfect fit for any nerdy home still in need of getting into the holiday spirit.

Both of these sets are official licensed products based on the hit series by HBO Game of Thrones, and each come with sigils of the different houses of Westeros.

The ornaments come in several variations featuring the logos of houses Baratheon, Lannister, Stark, or Targaryen, and include the goldtone hanging chain. They cost $9.99 USD each.

On the other end, the sigils string lights feature 10 lights: 2 each of Stark, Baratheon, Lannister, Tyrell, and Targaryen, and costs $19.99 USD. Arryn, Greyjoy, Tully and Martell will have to wait ’till next year, we’re guessing.

Westeros is a pretty bleak place, and could use a more modern approach to raise the new generation instead of, you know, murdering their parents. That’s where this book would come in.

We really can’t wait for the third season of Game of Thrones and sixth ...
