LaCie has also launched a new version of its rugged Thunderbolt external hard drive that comes with an integrated Thunderbolt cable. Available in 1TB or 2TB capacity, this waterproof, shockproof and dustproof external hard drive is equipped with a retractable Thunderbolt cable that sticks to the device at all times, and can be tucked away inside a compartment on the drive, and a USB 3.0 connection interface.
