Transcend will start shipping their newest line of USB 3.0 flash drives in Japan, the JetFlash 750. Coming in 16GB, 32GB and 64GB capacities, these high-speed flash drives are equipped with MLC NAND Flash memory chips, a USB 3.0 connection interface and capable of delivering read and write speeds of up to 130MB/s and 30MB/s, respectively. Backed by a lifetime warranty, the JetFlash 750 will become available from mid-April for around $19 (16GB), $31 (32GB) and $68 (64GB), respectively. [Transcend]

Transcend has announced a new USB 3.0 external HDD enclosure to its range, the StoreJet 25S3. Measuring W79.9mm x L129mm x H13mm and weighing 86g, this aluminum enclosure comes with a USB 3.0 connection interface, a LED indicator that displays the data access, a one-touch backup button and can house a single 2.5-inch SATA HDD/SSD. Transcend has just added a new storage capacity ’32GB’ to its 600x (Ultimate) microSDHC Class 10 UHS-I memory card line-up. Codenamed TS32GUSDHC10U1, this tiny card comes with Class 10 UHS-I speed specification and promises to deliver read and write speeds of up to 90MB/s and 60MB/s, respectively. The TS32GUSDHC10U1 will begin shipping from mid-April for 6,980 Yen (about $67). [Transcend]

Trancend hits back with a new line of 800x CompactFlash cards, the CF800. Coming in three different storage capacities: 64GB, 128GB and 256GB, these CompactFlash cards feature MLC NAND Flash memory chips and VPG-20 (Video Performance Guarantee) support, and promise to deliver a maximum transfer speed of 120MB/s. Transcend has come out with a new line of USB flash drives, the JetFlash 510. Available in 8GB, 16GB and 32GB sizes (Gold and Silver color options) these ultra-small flash drives (21.8mm full-length) feature a metal housing that is drip-proof and dust-proof, and have a USB 2.0 connection interface. The 8GB, 16GB and 32GB models will start shipping from December for around $13, $19 and $29, respectively. [Transcend]

Coming in 64GB, 128GB and 256GB sizes, these slim 2.5-inch SSDs (7mm thick) are equipped with a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, an advanced JMicron JMF667H controller, TRIM & NCQ support and can deliver read and write speeds of up to 530MB/s and 470MB/s, respectively.
