Boasting 16.8 million RGB color display (5:3 ratio) – supports synchronization with motherboard light effects, these thin and lightweight 2.5-inch SSDs (250GB, 500GB & 1TB capacities / 9.5mm thick) are built with 3D NAND Flash memory chips, a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, SMART support, TRIM support and an MTBF of 1,000,000 hours.
Adopting the powerful Wear-Leveling technology and ECC (Error Correction Code) function, the T-Force Delta RGB SSDs promise to deliver read/write speeds of up to 560/500 MB/s (250GB model), 560/500 MB/s (500GB model) and 560/510 MB/s (1TB model), respectively. Coming in three different storage capacities: 128GB, 256GB and 512GB, these slim 2.5-inch SSDs (6.8mm thick) are built with Toshiba 64-layer 3D NAND Flash memory chips, a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, a SiliconMotion SMI2258 controller, TRIM support, SMART support and an MTBF of 1.5 million hours.
Utilizing the LDPC (Low Density Parity Check) technology – ensures safety and integrity of data transmission by with its excellent error correcting mechanism, the M8VC SSDs promise to deliver sequential read and write speeds of up to 560MB/s and 400MB/s (128GB model), 560MB/s and 510MB/s (256GB model) and 560MB/s and 520MB/s (512GB model), respectively. Samsung has unveiled a new line of SATA 6.0 Gbps SSDs, the SSD 860 PRO. Coming in five different storage capacities: 256GB, 512GB, 1TB, 2TB and 4TB, these slim 2.5-inch SSDs (7mm thick) are built with Samsung V-NAND 2bit MLC NAND flash memory chips, a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, Samsung MJX controller, TRIM support, SMART support and an MTBF of 2 million hours.
Performance-wise, the SSD 860 PRO SSDs promise to deliver sequential read/write speeds of up to 560/510 MB/s / random read/write speeds of up to 11K/43K IOPS (QD1) / 100K/90K IOPS (QD32). The Samsung SSD 860 PRO will begin shipping from early February. [Product Page]
