Green House has just listed a new line of USB 3.1 portable SSDs ‘GH-SSDU3B’ on its product page. Coming in three different storage capacities: 120GB, 240GB and 480GB, these compact and lightweight portable SSDs are built with TLC NAND Flash memory chips, a USB 3.1 Gen1 Type-A connection interface and a Phison PS3111-S11 + Asmedia ASM1153E controller.

Supporting Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista and Mac OS X 10.4 or later operating systems, the GH-SSDU3B portable SSDs promise to deliver sequential read and write speeds of up to 400MB/s and 400MB/s, respectively. Buffalo has announced a new line of USB 3.1 (Gen2) portable SSDs, the SSD-PUSU3. Coming in three different storage capacities: 240GB, 480GB and 960GB, these compact portable SSDs (Black & Silver color options) are built with a durable anodized aluminum casing and a micro-USB 3.1 (Gen2) connection interface (A to micro B cable & C to micro B cable included).

Performance-wise, the SSD-PUSU3 portable SSDs can deliver a maximum read/write speeds of up to 500MB/s and 480MB/s. In addition, you can download for free the Secure Lock Mobile2 software for security.

Measuring 8.8mm thick and weighing 100 grams, the Buffalo SSD-PUSU3 portable SSDs will hit the market from mid-November for around $178 (240GB model), $264 (480GB model) and $553 (960GB model), respectively. [Product Page]

Available in sizes up to 1TB, these pocket sized SSDs consist of two M.2 SSDs within the enclosure that are set up in RAID 0 configuration and comes equipped with a USB 3.1 connection interface (it is also backwards compatible with USB 3.0 and 2.0 ports).

Performance-wise, the Portable RAIDDrive SSDs can deliver read and write speeds of up to 750 MB/s and 700 MB/s, transferring large files around such as media content only take a matter of seconds.
