Philips hits back by unveiling their newest 27-inch curved LCD monitor, the 278E8QJAB. Adopting a VA panel, this new 27-inch LED-backlight monitor (NTSC 104% & sRGB 130% corresponding) supports a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and provides 3000:1 contrast ratio, 250 cd/m2 brightness, 4ms response time and 178/178 degree viewing angles.

Utilizing the ‘Flicker-Free’ technology for reducing eye fatigue and ‘SmartContrast’ function to improve the contrast ratio, the 278E8QJAB comes equipped with built-in stereo speakers (3Wx2) and provides 1x D-Sub, 1x HDMI and 1x DisplayPort input ports. AOC hits back by launching their newest 27-inch curved LCD monitor, the C2783FQ. Adopting a VA panel, this new 27-inch LED-backlight monitor (4000R curve field of vision) supports a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and provides 21:9 aspect ratio, 3000:1 contrast ratio (DCR 50,000,000:1), 300 cd/m2 brightness and 5ms response time.

Meeting the latest regulatory standard (ENERGY STAR 6 certified), the C2783FQ consumes just 18W during normal operation or 0.5W during standby and provides a number of connectivity ports including 1x D-Sub, 1x DVI-D, 1x HDMI (MHL support) and 1x DisplayPort.

Adopting the AMD FreeSync technology to eliminate tearing, stuttering and input lag, this new 27-inch VA LED-backlight monitor (1800R curve field of vision) supports a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and provides 3000:1 contrast ratio, 250 cd/m2 brightness, 4ms (GTG) response time and 178/178 degree viewing angles.

Utilizing Samsung’s Flicker-Free technology to prevent interruptions that can strain user’s eyes, the CF591 comes equipped with built-in dual 5W speakers and provides 1x D-Sub, 2x HDMI 1.4 and 1x DisplayPort 1.2 input ports.
