QNAP has just listed a new 4-bay NAS server ‘TS-473-8G’ on its product page. Aimed at SMB and SOHO users, this cost-effective NAS server is packed with a 2.1GHz AMD R-Series RX-421ND quad-core processor, an 8GB DDR4 RAM, a 512MB DOM flash memory and 4x 2.5-/3.5-inch SATA 6.0 Gbps HDD/SSD bays.

Furthermore, the TS-473-8G comes with a Kensington security slot, 4x USB 3.0 ports (1x front, 3x rear), 2x M.2 SSD slots, 2x PCIe 3.0 x4 slots, 4x Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 ports and a built-in 120mm cooling fan, and runs on QTS operating system.
