CFD has introduced a new line of SATA 6.0 Gbps SSDs, the S6ONCG3V. Coming in two different storage capacities: 240GB and 480GB, these slim 2.5-inch SSDs (7mm thick) are packed with 3D TLC NAND Flash memory chips, a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, a Phison S11T controller, an operating temperature of 0 to 65-degree C, TRIM support, NCQ support and SMART support.

Performance-wise, the S6ONCG3V SSDs can deliver sequential read and write speeds of up to 550MB/s and 500MB/s (240GB model) and 550MB/s and 500MB/s (480GB model), respectively. The CFD S6ONCG3V SSDs will start shipping from mid-February, prices unannounced yet. [Product Page]

Coming with a free download rights of 2.5-3.5-inch conversion mounter and disk speed software ‘SSD Turbo Boost’, the HG6 SSDs promise to deliver read and write speeds of up to 552.6MB/s and 492.2MB/s (128GB model), 552.4MB/s and 512.3MB/s (256GB model) and 552.4MB/s and 519.6MB/s (512GB model), respectively.
