We’re exactly 3 months away from the holiday season, and these ornaments have my heart! They aren’t conventionally designed like your chrome-plated plastic baubles, but rather are a combination of the yuletide spirit and good-old form exploration. Created by Frank Stella exclusively for The Whitney, these tree-hangers combine geometry, symmetry, and parts of organic design to produce some incredibly unique ornaments that should give the Industrial Designer in you serious goosebumps.
