ADATA hits back with a new line of gaming SSDs, the XPG SX950U. Coming in four different storage capacities: 120GB, 240GB, 480GB and 960GB, these slim 2.5-inch SSDs (7mm thick) are packed with 3D TLC NAND Flash memory chips, a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, a high-speed SMI controller, an operating temperature of 0 to 70-degree C and an MTBF of 2 million hours.

Equipped with Intelligent SLC Caching and DRAM Cache Buffer functions to address the challenges that gamers encounter by accelerating the read/write performance, the XPG SX950U SSDs can deliver sequential read/write speeds of up to 560/520 MB/s, respectively.
