Coming in 80GB, 240GB and 480GB sizes, these slim 2.5-inch SSDs (7mm thick) are configured with MLC NAND Flash memory chips, a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, Seagate’s SandForce SF2581 controller, SMART support, DuraWrite technology support, Enhanced ECC function and an MTBF of 2 million hours.
