Ever wanted to do some podracing in Halo? That’s a weird combination, but hey, we are here to fulfill your wishes. Modder CaptainDireWolf was able to make a cool Forge Map in Halo 5 based on Star Wars Episode I’s famous podracing scene. Minus Jar Jar getting his tongue burned off.

It was arguably the best scene in The Phantom Menace. It’s pretty fun in Halo 5 too. The folks over at The Epidemic made a short clip that shows off the highlights and how their customized map and vehicles work.

While these podracers don’t reach the speeds of the ones in the movie, it is a pretty cool mod that injects some Star Wars fun into the Halo universe. Like little Anakin said, “Yippee!”
