BenQ Launches MW632ST Short-Throw Projector

BenQ has recently launched their newest short-throw projector for the mass market, the MW632ST. Designed for small to medium-sized classrooms, this new DLP projector is able to display a 64-inch image (16:10) from a distance of only 1 meter away.

Furthermore, this 3D-ready projector supports a native resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels and provides 3200 ANSI lumens brightness, 13000:1 high contrast ratio and up to 10,000 hours of maximum lamp life (SmartEco Mode).

It also comes with a built-in 10W mono speaker and provides a number of connectivity ports including 2x mini D-Sub, Composite, S-Video, 2x HDMI (1x MHL compatible), USB Type-A, USB Type mini-B and RS232C.

The BenQ MW632ST is available now for 89,800 Yen (about $745). [Product Page]

It also comes with a 1.2x optical zoom, a built-in 10W mono speaker and a number of connectivity ports including mini D-Sub, S-Video, HDMI and USB Type A for reading USB flash drives.

Adopting the DLP display technology, the S1212 provides 1024 x 768 XGA resolution, 3000 ANSI lumens brightness, 17000:1 contrast ratio and up to 6,000 hours of lamp life (Eco Mode). In addition, it also comes with a built-in 2W mono speaker and a number of connectivity ports including D-Sub, Composite, S-Video, Audio (in/out), mini USB and HDMI/MHL. Adopting the DLP display technology, this short-throw projector is able to display up to a 97-inch image from only inches from the screen. Apart from that, it also provides 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution, 3400 ANSI lumens brightness, 2500:1 contrast ratio and up to 4,000 hours of lamp life.
