Akitio has showed off a new line of Thunderbolt portable SSDs, the Palm RAID. Coming in both 256GB and 512GB capacities, these ultra-high-speed portable SSDs are equipped with a high-grade aluminum enclosure, a Thunderbolt connector and promise to deliver read and write speeds of up to 713MB/s and 414MB/s, respectively.
