The actress is known to have plenty of demands with respect to privacy, and hence this $3 million home will actually form a part of the massive luxurious estate she intends on making eventually. Spreading over 3,053 sq ft, this mansion is known to have 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, which would more than satisfy a family of 4, but Witherspoon is perhaps now looking for more privacy than before. She had earlier bought one of the neighboring properties for $3.325 million, and then razed the mansion on it to incorporate it as a part of her grand plans for her estate. Before that, during her marriage to actor Ryan Phillippe, she paid $4.72 million for another neighboring 7,000 sq ft property, which will now be a 3rd of the total grand estate.
