Hyjax Mobile Charger Turns Golf Cart Batteries into a USB Charger

If you spend a lot of time outside where there are no power outlets, say golfing for instance, odds are you’ve run out of power at a bad time. A new charging system has landed called the Hyjax that is able to connect to any 8V to 24V battery – such as the ones in boats, motorcycles, lawn mowers, or golf carts, and use them to charge your USB devices.

The charger is a long cord with alligator clamps on the ends like you see in a set of jumper cables. Those clamps connect to the positive and negative posts of your vehicle’s battery and take the power to the heavy duty USB ports on the other end. This could be useful in vehicles that have no USB or 12VDC port, like golf carts, tractors, or ATVs.

There are a pair of USB ports so you can charge two devices at one time. There is also a fuse in the circuit to prevent your gadgets from getting fried. The Hyjax charger is available now for $40.
