Humans really can’t help but waste water. Some of that is due to the fact that we are wasters, but a lot of it comes down to the design of the faucet as well. The Altered: Nozzle is a great alternative to the conventional faucet.
This is a special faucet that allows you to save up to 98% of the water you would normally use. It does this by turning your atomizing water into a fine mist. That mist is enough to wash your hands and even rinse off some dishes. It is a simple and smart way to save a large amount of water. If you need more water, just twist the nozzle for a regular stream of water.
Even at the higher flow rate, you’ll still be saving 75% to 85% of the water you’d normally use. That’s pretty impressive. The device will be available in three different EU/US standard sizes: Regular, Junior and TomThumb. It’s said to install in only 30 seconds. You can find it on Kickstarter, and the Altered: Nozzle should be available in December of this year.
