A collaboration between JIA Inc. and renowned Japanese industrial designer, Naoto Fukasawa, winner of the 2018 Isamu Noguchi Award, the Monolithic cookware series is one set you won’t mind leaving on display. Its form balances minimalism with softness, creating an approachable aesthetic that entices the user to cook more often. Highlighted by smooth transitions between the cast aluminum with iron finish and heat-resistant plastic handles, the 3-pan set looks as close to seamless as you can get. Matching utensils like a turner, skimmer, and ladle complete the handsome set. DO want!

It’s the latest from JIA Inc and features innovative 3-in-1 scooping, grinding and sieving so users get the unparalleled hand drip experience they’re after. Material-wise, it sports precision ceramics in the form of a conical burr mill that ensures a consistent grind and is easy to clean. The sifter section helps microfilter unwanted powder that is too small for brewing. The result is a cleaner coffee brew in its most pure form! Not to mention, the brass, ceramic and raw wood combination looks right at home on any countertop or hipster coffee shop.

Inspired by coffee’s deep roots, the JIA hand drip coffee set is designed for a better (not to mention, more beautiful) coffee brewing experience by merging a minimalistic eastern design language with western lifestyle functionality. It features a double-layer ceramic filter cup that rests on a glass vessel. This improves insulation to maintain water temperature.

There are two distinct types of filter cups: wave and cone. The wave ensures stable coffee extraction, making it ideal for drip brewing newbies. The cone, however, has a ribbed frame that creates an air gap between paper and cup. This allows for enhanced air and water flow during extraction, resulting in high acidity and a smoother, more fragrant cup.
