Check out these videos showing Costco’s pizza sauce machines in action. It’s mesmerizing stuff. Kinda hypnotic. My god, it makes me hungry. But it keeps missing that spot right in the center. I don’t know about you, but I demand full sauce coverage on my pizza.

Still, it’s the best turntable I’ve ever seen. It really is just like a record player, but instead of a needle, it has a pizza sauce spout, and instead of a record, it’s pizza crust. It’s an excellent way to apply sauce to pizza dough. Just put the dough on the turntable and spin that dough like a DJ.

Yes, pizza technology is awesome.
