ASUS has announced the availability of the new ZenFone Go 5.0 LTE (T500) in Asia. The handset is now available for purchase in India for Rs 7,999 (about $120) via Amazon.in.

Measuring 5.4-9.9mm and weighing 153 grams, this mid-range smartphone packs a 5.0-inch 1280 x 720 HD IPS display, a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) 64-bit processor, an Adreno 306 GPU, a 2GB RAM and a 16GB of expandable internal storage (up to 32GB).

Verizon Wireless is about to launch Sony’s latest 4G LTE-enabled Android 5.0 smartphone ‘Xperia Z4v’ on their network. Designed with durability in mind, this dust-tight and waterproof smartphone sports a 5.2-inch 2560 x 1440 WQHD TRILUMINOS display, an ultra-fast octa-core Snapdragon 810 64-bit processor, an Adreno 430 GPU, a 3GB RAM and a 32GB of expandable internal storage (up to 128GB).
