Stranger Things Dorbz: Creepy Gets Cutesy

I’m still a couple episodes shy of finishing season two of Stranger Things, but so far I’m loving it just as much as the first season. If you’re a fan of the series like I am, check out these fun collectibles which will look great sitting on your toy shelf.

Fresh from Funko’s Dorbz collection come this series of sweet 3 inch-tall versions of some of our favorite characters from the series. While we don’t get Max, Dart, or the Shadow Monster from season two, we do get Dustin, Mike, Lucas, Will, and Eleven. There are also two versions of the Demogorgon – one with its creepy mouth-teeth-flower-head ready to scare the crap out of us, and a limited-edition with a far less scary closed face.

In addition to the standalone figures, there are two nifty vehicles sets – one with Hopper poking his head of out his 1980 Chevrolet K5 Blazer, and the other with the white-haired Dr. Martin Brenner tooling around in a Hawkins Power and Light van.

They’re all available now from Big Bad Toy Store. The individual figures go for $8.99 each, while the vehicles go for $19.99. The rare demogorgon was $24.99, but is already sold out.

Golden Girls Dorbz Figures: Thank You For Being a Dorbz

The ’80s and ’90s brought us some of the most watched and funniest sitcoms of all time. After producers like Norman Lear broke ground in the ’70s, characters could be more realistic, with human flaws, and loads of snark and sarcasm. One of the best series of the era has got to be The Golden Girls, which followed the antics of four elderly ladies who spoke their minds, and paid no mind to their age. Fans of the show will soon be able to add these adorable Golden Girls Dorbz to their toy collections.

This Fall, Funko will be releasing Dorbz figures of Dorothy, Blanche, Rose, and Sophia, each of which does a great job capturing the personality of its on-screen character – I especially like the glasses on Sophia. Lucky buyers may also stumble onto her rare “Chase” version which will come in one out of six boxes, and wears a “I’m ready! Take me Hurricane ’91” sweatshirt, which commemorates the silly NBC Hurricane Saturday crossover episode.

The figures go on sale this October, but you can pre-order them now over on Amazon now for about $10 each.

Fallout Funko Dorbz Figures Have +2 Charisma

I’ve spent a lot of time playing Fallout 4, enough to know super mutants are giant green wussies that die easily. The only ones I really hate are the Suiciders that run up and try to blow you up with a mini nuke. Funko has a line of collectible figures called the Funko Dorbz line, and is now offering a line up of Fallout 4 inspired figures.

The collectible figures include power armor, male lone wanderer, female lone wanderer, super mutant, and a vault boy. Too bad the power armor figure isn’t wearing the X-01 armor.

The little characters are 3-inches tall, and you can order them for $7.99 each at ThinkGeek.

Funko Dorbz Batman Figures: DC Dorbz

Funko recently debuted their new Dorbz line and they really are totally adorbz. They already announced a Guardians of the Galaxy Dorbz series and now they’re adding these new Batman Dorbz. I’m calling them the Dorbz Knight collection

I’m not sure which I like best since they are all so cute. I’d probably have to go with Batgirl and The Penguin with his little monocle. You can’t get just one. You have to collect them all. They are just that cute.
