Patriot Memory today launched the Gauntlet 320 portable wireless external hard drive. The device provides a 320GB of storage space, making it the perfect all-in-one wireless storage solution for tablets, smartphones, and laptops. The Gauntlet 320 also supports Wi-fi 802.11 b/g/n with WEP/ WPA-PSK/ WPA2-PSK security. It has the ability to connect up to 8 devices and stream to 5 devices simultaneously. Japanese storage company I-O Data has unveiled the new HDCA-UT4.0K external HDD. Available in a 1TB, a 2TB or a 3TB of storage capacity, this external HDD supports USB 3.0 SuperSpeed interface and TV DVR capabilities. Measuring 39mm x 185mm x 120mm and weighing 1.1 kg, it can also be mounted using a VESA compliant mounting kit. The I-O Data HDCA-UT4.0K is compatible with most TVs that have USB recording technology, allowing you to record your favorite TV program.
