This Guy Built A 1989 Batmobile, Dresses up as Batman to Help Sick Kids

This street legal Batmobile was built by 29-year-old Zac Mihajlovic of Camden, Australia. It took him two years to complete. It’s based on the Batmobile driven by Michael Keaton in the 1989 Tim Burton Batman movie. Sadly, the car has no weapons, but it does have an afterburner and it looks awesome.

He has been offered sums of money in the six-figure range for the car, but he isn’t selling. That’s because he has a noble mission – making kids happy. He has teamed up with Make-a-Wish to dress up as Batman and visit sick kids in his awesome ride.

You can see in the video that the kids really love the car and the whole experience. You are a true hero Zac. We need more people like you.

Patrick Stewart Really Is the Best Guy Ever

Patrick Stewart is just a super awesome human being. He proves it time and again. He never stops. Check out this photo of the man behind Jean-Luc Picard and Professor X hugging a young fan at Dragon Con. Cool right? Wait until you hear the whole story.

The moment was captured by photographer James Barker, who posted the photo on his Facebook page with the following explanation:

This is my favorite Dragoncon 2014 photo. The Make-a-Wish foundation made it possible for 10 year old Dawn, who has a life threatening illness, to meet Patrick Stewart backstage. He was about to speak to a packed room of 2000 people, but they sat down and he really focused on her; they talked for about 15 minutes. As things are winding down and she and her family are getting ready to go, Dawn unexpectedly throws him this huge hug, and you can see the happiness in both their faces. Bravo Sir Patrick! #classact #patrickstewart #dragoncon

Honestly people, this is the best thing you will see all day. We should all try to live our lives a little more like this man does.

Star Wars Helmets Get Horny for a Good Cause

Check out this horned Boba Fett Samurai helmet. That’s frakkin’ awesome even if one of its horns was lost in battle. The As You Wish Helmet Project is a charity art event benefiting the Make A Wish Foundation and this is just one of over 40 helmets that you can bid on.

They are all re-imagined Boba Fett and Clone Trooper helmets. Some of the artists making these helmets include names like Kotobukiya, Weta Workshop, and Volpin Props. I know you know those names.
