You might remember back in August of 2012, when we told you about the 501st legion making a life sized Rancor monster named Roxy. Well, Roxy needs a home and you can help.
Roxy is a giant Rancor prop that the 501st brought to life, but what is a Rancor without a cave? Just a big dumb monster, that’s what. So of course, The 501st wants to build a life-size modular cave set to go with the monster to provide total immersion for photo ops at upcoming conventions.
Basically, it would also act as a portable shipping container for Roxy and a cool set piece at the same time. The prop gets broken often when they move it and this will help keep it safe so you can ogle it in person. Help them fund the project on Kickstarter with a pledge of as little as $5. Higher pledges get you fast access to see Roxy at appearances, as well as all kinds of other Roxy the Rancor swag.
If it attacks you, you know what to do. Just pick up a bone from one of it’s previous victims and shove it into it’s mouth. It isn’t smart enough to get it out so it will just get more ticked off. Then pray that there is a heavy gate nearby to drop onto it’s head.
