Tick Tock Toothbrush

What good is brushing your teeth if your toothbrush isn’t in tip-top shape?! Dentists suggest replacing your brush every three months for you to effectively maintain your dental health. The “Three Months” brush takes the guess work out of remembering to do this.

A circle on the hands is filled with a special ink that reacts to air after the protective film is removed. After 1 month, 1/3 of the circle turns blue, after two months, 2/3rs will turn blue. Finally, when 3 months have passed, you’ll be alerted by a complete blue circle, signaling that it’s time to replace!

Medicine Made Easy

Pill Printer_A3_3p

I hate the idea that one day I’ll be in my seventies, taking 10-12 pills a day on a regular basis. A few before lunch, then a few after lunch, then before dinner, and finally before sleeping. Ugh. Moreover, the idea that I’ll mess up my doses scares me even more. The Pill printer is quite a nifty concept in that sense. All you do is drop your pills into the inlet, and the Pill Printer pulverizes them, mixes them together, and gives you pills that are consolidated versions of your prescriptions. Instead of popping one red pill, and two yellow pills followed by a blue capsule, all you do is have the one pill that the Printer pops out for you, after churning and compressing all the previous pills.

I only wonder whether this procedure is medically advisable, and if it is, I’d definitely like to see something like this in the near future! Heck, I’d probably buy it to make a mix-mash of my favorite Tic-Tac flavors!

The Right Distance

Researches have shown that myopia at young ages is usually caused by the failure of keeping adequate distance between the book and the eyes when writing and reading. ‘Keep a Distance’ is a device that clips onto the book and ensures that the distance between the writer and the paper is a minimum of 30-centimeters. Whenever your head moves closer than the recommended distance, a red warning text appears projected on the paper, reminding you to keep your head up.
