i heart guts Plush Body Parts: Have You Hugged a Testicle Today?
We spotted these adorably gross plush body parts at the Toy Fair last week. I Heart Guts Plush Body Parts: Have You Hugged a Testicle Today? is a line of cuddly internal body parts ranging from the heart to pancreas to the lungs to the testicles to the uterus and beyond:

Each part has an appropriate descriptor as part of it’s name- Loud Lungs, Immense Intestine, Spectacular Spleen, etc. They measure about 9″ each (obviously that varies quite a bit depending upon the body part’s shape). Here’s some more:

There’s also a set of much smaller lapel pins and keychains featuring the same lovable organs (not pictured by available at the link below too). That’s a body part for everyone. Buy one of each and construct your own plush internal organ structure.

Gummy Bear Anatomy Model: Gross Anatomy is Delicious

If you’re like me you probably just assumed that gummy bears were filled with gummy (whatever that is). And you’d be wrong. Because as you can see in these Gummi Bear Anatomy Models, they are actually filled with working internal body parts. Think about that next time you chomp down on one.

Since we obviously have much to learn about Gummy Bear anatomy, this educational toy lets us study it up close. Remove any or all of his 41 internal organs then attempt to reassemble him back. A chart is included so you know what each part is and where it goes. You can be a real sugar doctor. That’s what I call a sticky situation.

Nose Straightener

I can’t imagine that this actually works, but maybe it does? This Nose Straightener comes from Japan (of course) and clips into your nostrils where it will “help balance and push up the bones and contours of your nose, so it has an overall sharper, straighter shape, less round and more graceful”. It’s $51 and made of silicone and polypropylene and it’s recommended that you use it for 20 minutes a day. I’d recommend that you do that in private.

Fleshlette Body Part Sculptures Are Grotesquely Artsy, or Maybe Just Grotesque

If you thought those Monster Light Switch Plates and Body Part Kitchen Utensils were creepy, then you’ll be horrified at Jonathan Payne’s ‘Fleshlette’ body part sculptures.

fleshlette monster partsThey do resemble the former in style and material, although you can’t use these to replace any light switch plates or cook dinner at home. Instead, these Fleshlettes are strictly meant to be put on display on your mantle, desk, shelves, or anywhere you want to freak people out a bit because of how horrifically deformed and messed up they look.

Apparently, they also happen to be all the rage because Payne Sculptures has temporarily closed up their storefront on Etsy to fulfill their hoard of current orders. Wowza!
