Check out this newly announced rugged action camera ‘WG-M2’ from Ricoh. This waterproof, shockproof and freezeproof camera has an 8MP 1/2.3″ CMOS image sensor, a 204-degree ultra-wide angle lens, a 1.5-inch LCD monitor, a microSD/SDHC/SDXC card slot, a micro-USB port, a micro-HDMI output port and built-in WiFi connectivity.
Powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, the WG-M2 has the ability to capture both 4K UHD @ 30fps, 1080p @ 60fps or 720p @ 120fps video in MPEG4-AVC/H.264 format and up to 8MP still images in JPEG format.
Other prominent features include Video Capture Orientation Correction, 7 Selectable Video Effect Modes, Time-Lapse Movie Mode and Extended Movie Recording.
