Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Lip Balm: You Got Your Peanut Butter Lips on My Chocolate Lips!
Reese’s peanut butter cups are one of the most evil things on earth – not because they taste bad, but because they’re so addictive that you can’t just eat a couple of them and be satisfied. Halloween is the worst, since you’ll end up buying a bag “for the kids,” and end up gorging yourself on them while you wait for the doorbell to ring.
Fortunately, there’s a solution! Now you can enjoy the flavor of Reese’s all the time without the carbs, fat, and calories.
These Reese’s lip balms are based on the exact flavors of the milk chocolate and peanut butter that Reese’s uses in their delectable candy. For $12(USD) over at Firebox, you’ll get a set of tasty and aromatic lip balms, along with a presentation tin, so they make a great gift too.
Just don’t try to eat them all in one setting like I did with those Reese’s minis last Halloween.
Chocolate Baby Groot Sculpture: I AM SWEET!
Check out this amazing Baby Groot, sculpted from chocolate. That’s the best kind of Groot if you ask me. Not only is this little excellently sculpted, but he’s probably delicious too.
He’s also holding the detonator for the nuclear bomb as seen in the trailer for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. I don’t care if he blows stuff up or not, just as long as he gets in my stomach before he sets it off. This delicious creation was made by Sugar Spice, who knows just how to make a geek like me hungry. Check out how he came together in this fun timelapse video:
If you want to learn how to make your own chocolate Baby Groot, you can download a tutorial over on Vimeo, but I say leave it to the professionals. I think I could eat the whole thing in one sitting. Of course it makes it easier that he’s Baby Groot and not full size Groot.

Chocolatier Makes Candy Shoes
Things can get a bit weird in Japan. Take these shoes for instance. They aren’t meant to be worn; they are meant to be eaten. I mean sure they look like normal men’s dress shoes, but they are actually made from chocolate.
They are something known as “sokkuri” sweets in Japan, which means “lookalike”. These bad boys are size ten US and sell for 29,160 yen or about $259, so they’re about the same price as a nice pair of leather shoes.
If you buy the chocolate shoes, you also get size a shoehorn and shoe cream both made of chocolate. These are sold out now, but were available at the Rihga Royal Hotel in Osaka. I really feel for the dude in the GIFs below. He’s not sure if these are shoes or not and seems utterly shocked that they were candy.
I guess it makes sense, as it turns out this footage is from a wacky game show in which guests have to try and guess if items are made from candy or not.

Chocolate Nikon SLR Camera: Smile, and Say Cacao!
Christmas time is upon us once again and you know what that means. Gifts, drinks, family, and most important chocolate. Lots of chocolate. If you know someone who is a fan of chocolate and vintage Nikon cameras, we just found the perfect gift for them this holiday season.
This is an edible chocolate version of a vintage Nikon SLR camera and it sure looks tasty. UK-based chocolatiers The Amazing Chocolate Workshop make this awesome treat created entirely of Italian chocolate. It’s a full-size point and chew camera. Point it toward your mouth, then start chewing.
It’ll set you back £35 (~$45 USD), which is a lot to pay for chocolate, but a bargain when it comes to photographers with a sweet tooth on your shopping list.
