The Third Dimension of Cooking

axis_01

A small kitchen can discourage people from cooking at home and eating healthy. To combat this problem, the Axis 3D cooking system allows users to switch between a variety of cooking methods in one compact unit that’s smaller than a full size stovetop. On one side, induction hobs for heating food, and on the other a modular rotating system for steaming, micro-baking and more. Perfect for the compact kitchen in any studio or dorm!

No-Touch Basting Tool

brushbutton_01

Brush Button is cleaner and more convenient to use than the conventional basting brush. It can be securely fastened to a cup in an upright position and ‘hung’ to dry after washing. It’s also less messy for the kitchen or cooking counter and is designed to rest horizontally, or kept upright by securely fastening to the sides of a cup to keep the handles clean. When the brush is rested in a horizontal position, the bending clip prevents the bristles from coming into contact with the tabletop, giving it an additional level of sanitization. The unique shape of the bending clip is completed via a simple injection moulding manufacturing process.

Brush Button is a Red Dot Award: Design Concept 2105 winner.

That’s Design Amore!

A collaboration between Alfa Pizza and designer Dario Martone, the Puro line of modular pizza peel mounts (the thing that grabs your pie when it’s finished!). Optimized for sanitariness and easy-of-use, the mount features a bumper that keeps parts away from the wall. Each can be placed at various parts of the kitchen where it is most frequently used, making it as functional for professional chefs as it is hygienic.
